Booked this company through my home warranty. My warranty covers 3 rooms but I wanted to add on two more. For two additional rooms they quoted me over $400 additional dollars. I decided not to do the additional rooms because the price was outrageous. They came back 10 minutes later and offered to take off $150. No thanks. I won't ever be calling anyone else to clean our carpets or upholstery after our wonderful experience with Pro Fresh N All! When I was making calls to see who could come and clean our sofa, which was vomited on, they were the first to be able to quickly come out and with a reasonable price too! Then, they called about an hour before they were scheduled to come to see if they could arrive early. Even better? Best yet is that they saved our sofa in 30 minutes flat. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. Did not call me back after several text messages and a voice mail? I paid them $370 to clean upstairs and when the carpet dried it didn't look like they had done anything and didn't clean the red spots we spoke about. They came out and looked at my carpet and called the company who supplies them chemicals and asked if they could come back the next day (Friday) or Saturday or if they could come back when I got back from out of town and I said ok. They never called asking to come on Friday and I text them the following weekend letting them know I would be home on Monday and would like to have them come on Tuesday or Wednesday and I get no response. Then I text them MULTIPLE times again on Tuesday with no response. I call the office number and left a message and no call back. It's HORRIBLE the way they upsell customers and sell them on Brightner, extra rooms, and stairs and then you didn't even get the simplest of spots out of the carpet that I'm able to get out with a dish towel. They also said the $370 I paid covered them coming back out to spot treat anything they missed. Once they have your money and do a piss poor job, they ghost their customers. NICE! read more

Corey, the owner of Pro Fresh And All was unprofessional and creepy and emptied the waste water from cleaning my carpets all over my driveway before he left. I had paid for the 4 room and stairs package 2 weeks before, and he called me the day of my appointment and left me a voicemail frantically asked me to reschedule. I did not get the voicemail in time, and Corey arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. He did not remember which package I had ordered, I had to inform him. He tried to tell me there are 5 rooms upstairs, when there are only 4. He tried to add an additional 40 dollars, and I told him to recount, and he did. He then cleaned the carpets. It took him about an hour. they look good. I walked upstairs to look at them and he approached me creepily in my upstairs guestroom which was empty except a bed (empty closet- nothing at all else in there) if that is "where I slept". It was inappropriate and creepy. Before he left he emptied his waste water all over my driveway. Highly unprofessional, and creepy guy. *** I noticed today that the machine he uses pulled up my carpet in places. This is damage. Do not use this carpet cleaning service. read more

I found them from popular coupon site and was in need of some major carpet cleaning (5 cats...) The first thing most people notice when we contact a vendor is their professionalism and demeanor. Corey, the owner, returned my call within minutes - and this was the day the social media coupon came out, so you can imagine how overloaded he must have been. He was friendly, patient, and accommodating. You can tell he appreciates his customers. When I called back a month later to schedule the service he answered immediately. Appointment booking is done through their website. It's very easy to do and emails you a reminder. The day of the appointment Corey called 30 minutes ahead of time and asked if it would be okay if he was a little early - rather than just assuming earlier is better. For me, I want vendors to arrive within a 30 minute window (15 minutes before or after the appointment time) and if not they should call. Many vendors like this do not, so again my expectations were exceeded. I expect that a service I pay for is done completely and correctly. Yes, my carpets are clean. I expected that. He invited me to inspect his work, which I did, and everything looked good - but he was still ready to re-do anything if needbe. He didn't put his equipment away until he was sure I was satisfied (smart and polite!) This puts the actual carpet cleaning service at five stars for me. I was very exited about finding the Groupon for this company especially after reading the great reviews. I called to confirm the $38 rate for three rooms and mentioned I lived in a second story apartment. They said no problem, awesome! Day of service I was called at 3:45 pm by the cleaner (appointment was at 4) and he said he was running late. He said he would be to my apartment by 6pm. At 6pm I receive another call saying he was still finishing up another carpet and would call when he was on his way. I received another call at 7:11pm saying he was finished and on his way. He arrived at 7:30pm. After inspecting my apartment he said because of the pet stains that the general cleaning would "make it worse" he explained he has been cleaning carpets for 20 years and that I needed a three stage cleaning, costing $217. I have no doubt he would have done a great job cleaning the carpet BUT he argued with me and tried to haggle with me over cost. I told him I could not afford $217 and he continued to pester me by asking if I could afford $150. I felt extremely uncomfortable after this encounter and told him I would have to speak with my husband about cost. He would not leave the apartment after I told him I couldn't afford more than the Groupon rate. I told him I would talk with my husband and reschedule and I offered to pay for his travel. HE WOULD NOT LET IT GO. Finally after I burst into tears because I didn't know what to do and was stressed from him pressuring me, he decided to leave. I ended up using Resolve for the stains and renting a Rug Doctor from Walmart to clean the carpet and it looks good as new. read more

The service guy arrived an hour late, apparently there was some mix-up with scheduling. I'm not really surprised as there seemed to be a mix-up with everything. I ordinarily wouldn't have minded so much if they were late if they had called. But I work, so I had taken my lunch break early to be there when they were supposed to arrive, and instead ended up taking a 2 hour lunch. Not good. We worked through One-Gaurd home warranty, a base price of $69 was for 3 rooms, with any additional square footage to be provided at a discounted (but unspecified) rate. When the young man finally arrived (I mean really young--like "shouldn't you be in school right now?" young) he was very polite but utterly confused. He didn't know if we had booked through One Guard or Living Social, didn't know if we had paid or not (we hadn't and I'm honest so I told him so), didn't know how much we were supposed to pay, and had never heard of doing extra rooms at a discounted rate. Basically, if there was something for him to be confused on, he was confused on it. He called his manager and told us they usually do extra rooms at $40 per room, but they would do ours for $30. An extra $30 for one small room seems high when 3 were only $69 but whatever. The quality of the actual work he did was very very good, and he was pretty quick. I'm very pleased everything that was actually done to my home. When it came time to pay, he pulled out his smartphone and I was assuming some sort of square or other device would be used, but no. He just copied my credit card numbers down and texted them to. . .I have no idea. His manager? A billing service? Honestly, if the kid had seemed anything less than perfectly honest (if hopelessly lost) I would have probably insisted on hitting an ATM for cash at this point. But I let him go ahead with it, though I'm checking my account pretty regularly. read more

Well, we are moving and are putting our home on the rental market. As such, we needed the carpets deep cleaned. In a family with two large breed shedding dogs and one me, the carpets have got some dingy areas in high traffic areas. This is where Pro-Fresh N' All and their carpet cleaning service comes into the picture. I actually tried to contact multiple carpet cleaners, but had difficulty reaching most of the services listed on Yelp (I was trying the higher rated providers). I saw that Pro-Fresh N' All (I'll call it PFNA because the name is too long and confusing for my tiny brain) had a website, so I clicked on it, and it had an online scheduling tool. I thought, 'heck, if nobody will call me back, I'll just schedule this service online'. Well, as I was navigating the site, the Owner/Operator, Corey, actually called me back. After discussing my needs, I went back online and scheduled him for a cleaning the next business day. On the day he was scheduled to come out, he called about an hour beforehand, explaining that he was running over on the previous jobs and inform me he would be arriving a bit late. Up until he arrived, I received periodic updates with slight adjustments to his ETA. I am not a fan of service providers arriving late, but the open communication and heads up he gave me certainly made his late arrival more tolerable. Once he and his assistant arrived, he quickly did a walk-through and counted the number of rooms/areas and assessed the extent of staining in particular areas. He has very straight-forward pricing: $40/area, and immediately knocked off $25 for the posted $75 for $100 worth of work special. Once we agreed, he went straight to work using his steam extraction equipment (which is completely run out of his service vehicle, with just the hoses running into the house). It is a heavy-duty rig, and it made very quick (by my standards) work of this fairly large home. He pretreated with a citrus scented cleaner/brightener, and then followed up with the steam extraction. Once complete, Corey and I did a walk through to ensure I felt his work was acceptable. He did a great job, and I would certainly recommend him. In speaking with him, he mentioned he does as many as 7 or 8 homes on a Saturday, and 3 or 4 on a weekday. Corey called me back in 30 minutes and I set up an appointment on a user-friendly appointment scheduler for today. He was on time, set up quickly. The price was exactly what he quoted me ($80,or $40/room). I thought the price was very reasonable, having compared it to other companies. If you found anything cheaper, I would question the quality. I have berber carpet in two rooms, which had general wear and tear as well as two dark stains in one of the rooms. He got both the stains out and the carpet looks good as new. They arrived on time and completed 4 rooms and a hallway in about 20 minutes! I knew that some stains would not come out so I didnt freak out at first. I used Pro-Fresh N' All in late September to clean the upholstery on my sofa, loveseat, and sofa chair. I was satisfied with the service. When I called for an appointment they were able to get me in quickly and arrived on time. The only thing that stops me from giving them five stars is they had to comeback to re-clean a few spots that didn't come out in the first visit. I originally scheduled an appointment with them for 11am. The day of at 11am another carpet cleaning company contacts me and says they will be there between 11 and 1. That was a little confusing as we never knew of this other company. Corey at Pro-Fresh did not bother to relay that message that he contracts work out. Other company did a poor job and wanted to charge us $35 extra for deep scrub...? Even Corey at Pro-Fresh said that would not have been necessary with our berber carpet. We only had two small stains we wanted out from a plant being knocked over. Corey contacted me and said they would make it right then we have had no contact since after multiple tries. He might clean carpet well, but we will never know after this fiasco. Got Pro-fresh name off of our neighborhood next door site, but will be posting on there as well that customer service with this guy is very poor and to beware as his word is not good as well. read more

Chris called 30 minutes out to confirm appt. time which I appreciated. Only have a couple of rooms & closets to clean and deodorize. Went to Angie's list which I'm a member but called directly because the specials offered covered several rooms more than what I had to clean. They had very high praise on Angie's list which I use a lot for reference reviews. Cory picked up and told me to check web site for appt times for next day and so I scheduled ASAP. Chris came and evaluated carpets & checked for doggie no no's which were none. Primarily teenager odor from shoes and makeup stains which came out and the citrus deodorizer was very pleasant. The master bedroom had oily spots from dachshunds & drool from every dog toy and bone that ends up in our room. Gave a 10 day guarantee on work if not satisfied, I did mention the entrance area in my bedroom still looked dark from doggie body oil. Chris said let it dry good then vacuum if it does not come up and your not satisfied will will come back out and retreat. I felt very comfortable with this contractors commitment to doing the job right. read more
