STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"!!!!!! My apartment flooded on 6/2/22 and my brand new 8x11 rug was soaking wet. I hired Spotless to pick it up and have it cleaned. A week and half later, they delivered the wrong rug to me. After going back and forth with them, Mallorie (the person who answers the phone) lied to me multiple times saying they found my rug and were working on getting it cleaned.. after it had been sitting in their van for weeks. A month later on 7/12 she said the tech stole my rug. Well, it's 3 months later and I still don't have my rug back nor will they reimburse me for the replacement cost of the rug and the cleaning costs. This company owes me over $1000. The owner Jeffrey Benson, has NEVER even tried contacting me. Instead, Norm the "manager" called me once and said he would talk to Jeff. Never heard back. This is a small company and they are NOT worthy of their services. The tech that originally picked my rug up contacted me explaining how unorganized and unethical these people are. It's obvious this company is struggling considering they couldn't even make it right with their customer.. who was completely understanding until I realized I was being lied to and ignored 3 months after they originally picked my rug up. read more

I loathe going with companies that hire really unprofessional cheap labor to do their work. Customer service means a lot me, and the ill-mannered unclean individual who came to clean my carpet from Spotless Carpet Cleaners in Frisco was terrible. Given, I don't live in Frisco, and the guy had to drive far to handle my carpets, the company and this employee shouldn't have accepted the job if it was too far. All together, he had a very "shady" attitude, seemed to "clean" the carpet waaayyy too fast, which led me to believe he did a half-hearted job. In the end, he told me not to walk on the carpet for 2 hours to let it dry. I didn't get to enter into a couple rooms until 2 hours after he left, so only after he left did I see that there were NEW spots in random places where they weren't before. I think his equipment was dripping something because those spots were definitely new. Anyways, I definitely would not recommend this place. Next time I'll go with a more reputable company. read more

Every time it starts looking like we need to replace it, I'll call Spotless to try to squeeze one more year out and that's what happens. Dwayne was excellent. He was early, friendly, and did a great job on our carpets, even managing to get out stains from some food coloring that had been tracked through the living room. Or carrots looked better after he was done than they had when we'd moved in 3 years ago. **BEWARE** We will not use this company again. They showed up late to clean our carpet and tile. When it was time to clean the tile, they did not have the necessary products. We were told he would return that evening to finish the job. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours we got a call saying someone would come in the morning to complete the tile. This was a huge inconvenience. A gentleman did arrive the next morning. He cleaned most of the tile. Again, he did not have a tool he needed to clean our shower. I am very disappointed and will never use this company again. They apologized for the inconvenience but were unwilling to offer anything more than $30 off our cleaning. read more

Do Not book. 0 if possible. I understand that there was personal situation with the owner, but hung up with him yelling at him. We had rugs picked up June 20th. We were quoted 50% off (owner quoted he was trying to have compassion for us), but after delay of pick up, pushed back delievery (short handed, ppl fired), our rugs were demanded back on July 10th. Husband opened up rugs to find that they still have dirt spots/glass. Owner was out of the office and upset I called his personal cell (since he called me day before apologizing for delay). He said he did me a favor by giving 50% off, BUT RUGS ARE NOT CLEANED. Why am I paying for uncleaned rugs that took 3 weeks sitting in a warehouse? I understand situations come up, that's why we have been THIS patient AS PAYING customers, but we are not paying for something that has not been done. We need a refund. --do not book them. They are short handed as owner stated. read more

We called them to clean all the rooms in our house before moving in. The phone representative was extremely nice and went over all the options in detail. I was in a bit of time crunch but they were able to accommodate my request for basically next day service ( at no additional cost which is always a plus). The cleaning guy came in when they said they would and was very efficient . I was expecting multiple people to show up considering there were 7+ rooms to clean but the one guy was more than capable of handling the job himself. The cleaning itself was great and don't have any complaints. It wasn't the best carpet cleaning job ever but it was better than most other services I have used. The only reason to take a star off was because he didn't use any shoe coverings and left shoe prints all over my wood floors. The shoeprints weren't dirty or anything but still would have been nice if I didn't have to clean up the watermarks left by the shoe prints. I would still use them again but ask the cleaning guy to wear shoe covers. read more

I don't know what magical goo they use to get my 8 year old carpets back to normal. I just sold my house, and my realtor wanted me to rip out the carpet and replace because they were terrible. Just had my carpet and tile/grout cleaned by Spotless Carpet Cleaners for the first time and I must say, I am impressed! I didn't even know my tile and grout could look so clean. Looks like brand new floors again! And the carpet is spotless, even in places where I was sure it would be stained forever.
