It had been a few years since we got our carpet cleaned and we were in dire need of tile cleaning. Highly recommend. First of all Larry is a great guy and the communication from booking of appointment to him showing up was fantastic. I know carpet cleaning is the draw here, but holy cow my tile looks brand new. Not a single spot missed. He even did a decorative tile area I did not request for free. Apparently that area needed it badly. I just thought it was the natural color. Looks great. Larry came by and did an estimate for us earlier during the week and then came back today and did the carpet cleaning. We had 3 rooms, a hallway and the stairs done and he did a fantastic job. We have a dog that had some accidents upstairs and so we wanted the carpets cleaned. They feel super soft and look amazing afterwards. We had to wait 2 hours after he finished to walk on them which is way less than I have ever had to wait before. I highly recommend him and we will be using him again. read more

Larry arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to setup his state of the art carpet cleaning equipment. My carpet was a disaster! Orange juice that had been sitting 4 years. Embedded dirt and stains EVERYWHERE! I didn't have much hope for salvaging it. My landlord refuses to replace it, which should have been done 6 years ago when I moved in. Larry put his magic carpet cleaning wand to work and 90 minutes later I was in a state of shock. My carpet, even though tattered and worn, looked amazingly clean! The carpets at my parents home are old and were very dirty! After reading reviews on YELP of local carpet cleaners, I really liked the comments about Larry and his son. That was confirmed when I spoke to him on the phone. He is friendly, outgoing and prompt on appointment day, even early when he had a cancellation. (no son though as school has started :(). He has made these "tired" carpets look presentable again. While all the stains didn't come out, I didn't have any expectations for the perfect floor. But overall this was a top notch job and reasonable in cost, which is important in my parents limited budget. Hopefully I'll get my parents to go with wood floors when the time comes!! Larry and his son did an amazing job on my berber carpet in my new home. The carpet looked and felt pretty gross after workers were in and out walking and getting debris on it for the past month.
