Immediately, we felt so welcomed as we entered and they freely let us browse and assisted us with anything we needed, completely different from other furniture stores in town. We also learned that all their furniture can be customized to the exact measurement we wanted and that is always a plus! The quality, price, and customer service is hands down the best! Delivery was also very affordable for only $105 from their Mckinney store all the way to The Colony. Ted and Drake delivered my couch and they were so nice and gave me alot of recommendations to keep it from sliding and even told me where to buy the fabric spray when I opted out of the fabric spray option. I believe they went above and beyond to provide customers with a amazing expeircne and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

I learned of KS Woodcraft watching HGTV while I was searching to have six (6) custom tables built…read more(8'x44" solid oak). I had spoken to multiple custom table builders before Ken and all of them informed me that they "were covered up" and would be at least two (2) years to even start. I called Ken figuring he would tell me the same (he was showcased on HGTV after all), but he spoke to me about my project...and he was able to come up with a build time that was six months, from initial invoice to me personally picking my tables up at his shop! Those six tables were built so well, that they survived a building fire five years later that destroyed every other piece of furniture. Ken was able to refurbish the tables (they had to be shortened due to warping, cracking and splitting of the wood from the heat) and you could not tell they had survived a fire. I then ordered another table from Ken four years later (a combo poker/game table with a removable table top). There was a HUGE problem though: the shipper damaged the table extensively when they delivered it...by throwing it off the truck in the middle of a snow storm and failed to notify ANYBODY that it had been delivered (which was SPECIFICALLY in the delivery instructions). The table was left overnight in a massive snow storm with the cover removed, pallet broken and plastice torn and when discovered the next morning sitting in the parking lot, the entire crate was filled with snow, ice, water, and nails/wood splinters from the broken pallet poking/scratching the table. The table was severely damaged. When Ken was notified and sent pictures of the condition it was discovered in (within fifteen minutes of the discovery), he informed me right then that he was building me a complete new replacement table at no charge to "make it right"...even though it was NOT his fault, but the shipper's. That is customer service almost beyond comprehension! I have since ordered four more of the combo card/game tables and will be picking them up in two weeks. I have gotten nothing but massive compliments on all of the tables he has built/repaired for me. I whole heartedly recommend him for any type of custom wood work, as I have seen multiple pieces other than tables (including an INCREDIBLE shelving unit), when I have been there to his shop. Ken is an outstanding craftsman and absolute professional who goes beyond the extra mile.

At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. We bought an 8 piece sectional and for the price we paid for, highly disappointed is an understatement. 1. Our original delivery date got pushed back which was fine. However, day of, delivery shows up and asks "are you sure yall are okay with the stains?" Huh?? We said we weren't made aware of any stains and plus no, we would not be okay with that. Delivery told us they said it was okay. We said no, send it back we want a new one. Okay, no problem. 2. Our new couch arrives, they deliver it and set up. When they leave we realize we're missing 2 pieces and we still have stains. Mind you, it's a white couch but categorized as "gray". 3. We call customer service and whomever we spoke to was so mean and unprofessional. We had our receipts in front of us showing that we had bought 8 pieces. On her end it didn't. She then said, "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it." 4. We gave up, drove to NFM and whomever the customer service representative there was, she was an absolute angel. She found out that not only did they forget 2 pieces, they also forgot to add the warranty we paid for. We told her about our stains and she gave us a voucher for in-store credit which was so kind of her. She was the most helpful out of everyone we spoke to. Whoever is wrapping up these couches either has very dirty hands or it's just not kept right in the warehouse. It's completely unacceptable when people are paying thousands for furniture.
