The table had a leg welding at an angle and damage to the top. We have access to a wood shop and KS paid for the refinishing of the top but they would not take responsibility for the angled leg which the client would not accept. Repairing the leg which required disassembling the table, transporting it to a metal shop, having it worked on, getting client approval, then having it shipped back and reassembled cost us about $650. In our work, it's impossible for us to leave a client hanging but KS left us hanging.
