Immediately, we felt so welcomed as we entered and they freely let us browse and assisted us with anything we needed, completely different from other furniture stores in town. We also learned that all their furniture can be customized to the exact measurement we wanted and that is always a plus! The quality, price, and customer service is hands down the best! Delivery was also very affordable for only $105 from their Mckinney store all the way to The Colony. Ted and Drake delivered my couch and they were so nice and gave me alot of recommendations to keep it from sliding and even told me where to buy the fabric spray when I opted out of the fabric spray option. I believe they went above and beyond to provide customers with a amazing expeircne and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

There are several vendors inside with rented spaces and that gives people who come here to shop a huge selection. There is furniture, collectibles, t-shirts, and more inside the place. Each vendor brings something a little unique to the mix, making it an eclectic place to shop. Today is seemed like several of the vendors, most of whom already had pretty fair prices, we're having a sale, bringing even more value to the shoppers. I bought a beautiful antique small writing desk and got it for what I think was a great price. I also bought several small collectibles on sale for very reasonable prices. One was a heavy handmade oak futon and the recliner I bought from here a couple years ago. Realistically I was thinking I'd pocket maybe $150-200. My check for 87 cents just arrived. No explanation or anything. 87 cents. I called twice to discuss (I wanted to know what the actual hell happened) but I've been told they aren't sure and that someone would call me. It's been three weeks. They have a slew of complaints on the BBB site. Should've checked. Just bought a power leather recliner from here for $279. Yes, it was used, but it is in great condition and 1/3 of the price of it new. Sales people were nothing but friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Overall a great experience at a very clean store with really reasonable prices. They made sure to point out defects and be honest and that really speaks to the character of this place. The only thing I didn't like was that they hire out a third party mover to deliver, and it's $75 am hour with a minimum of one hour. I live two miles from here. Thank goodness I was able to get it in my Jeep. I'm not fond of third party movers and I think it's a little steep for delivery just down the road. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

My first impression was Norma is passionate and knows her stuff. I didn't feel like she just wanted to make a sale. Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.
