I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. I explained that these diagnostic fees were not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when the plumbers came to my home and I wasn't happy. He said he'd get back to me. Never heard back! She was a godsend - sharing her knowledge and suggestions because we asked for any advice we could get. She took a cart around and picked up some sample tiles that we liked and then helped us place an order once we made our final decisions. The prices seemed very reasonable and everything was in stock except for the vanity, but we weren't ready to receive that until after the tile and shower was built and installed. I returned some extra unused Schluter profile with no issues at all. Every transaction was businesslike and professional and we were always treated like a valued customer.

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

We had a leak that caused floor damage so we found Elite Renovations to replace the hard woods. It was such a great experience especially because Elite had multiple teams who could repair the leak and paint and restore all damaged areas in a timely manner. We live in Rockwall county so it's a bit out of the way but he would come multiple times a week. After the cabinets were delivered in February, during assembly, not all the pieces were in the box for my 8 foot panty. There were other issues specific to this line of cabinets that if I had known, might have chosen other options. Anyways, I was directed to contact customer service for further issues instead of the local showroom. That's where the nightmare got worse. CS told me the missing instructions were available online, and the missing pieces, including the 8 foot side panel would be delivered to the store and I had pick up there since I didn't originally pay for delivery. My small car won't fit an 8x2 foot panel. My problem to resolve... again. Later I received an email from CS the 8 foot side panel wasn't in stock with ETA unknown. I was livid... did I order the last 8 foot pantry? Afterwards, Gloria with CS told me my issue was escalated to "urgent" and they would pull from another box the missing pieces. Again, I had to take initiative to progress this. Its now March 2022, I'm still waiting for all my pieces. I've had to explain my situation several times. James with CS told it's being taking care of but then when I called back... nothing. The company, apparently doesn't keep a record of when a customer calls. All these headaches and the company is unwilling to offer any discounts off my purchase because delays aren't their problem, per the small print. It's been 4 weeks since Gloria with CS was made aware of my missing pieces. I'm not even sure if "Gloria" is a real person or just a generic email that several people access because I've had to restate the issue several times to "Gloria". I'm told "I'm sorry, I'm still working towards a solution." Yet I still don't have my cabinets. Avoid dealing with Cabinets to Go, unless you're willing to make concessions and deal with any issues that may come up.
