We had a leak that caused floor damage so we found Elite Renovations to replace the hard woods. It was such a great experience especially because Elite had multiple teams who could repair the leak and paint and restore all damaged areas in a timely manner. Reasonable cost for such high quality work. Elite will definitely be my first call in the future.

We needed a remodel of the house in order to consolidate households. My mother's and my own. This…read morewas a large complicated project. We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Thank you to ICO again for a job well done!

ICO Construction recently completed a renovation of my master bathroom - which dated back to the…read moreearly 1980's. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

We had scheduled our shower to be replaced back in August and we were very optimistic after…read morespeaking to other shower companies. The salesman for this company does a very good job. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. Our original installation date was set for mid-August and it's still incomplete in mid-October! After our shower was finally replaced but still incomplete, I found our stone shelf was cracked. It looks like the shelf isn't flat and the weight of the glass cracked it. The last I heard from Rash who organizes the supplies and scheduling was October 4th at 4:16 in which he told me the stone is estimated to arrive Wednesday [Oct 7th] and he told me he would call to schedule the re-installation. 11 days later, silence. I'm also waiting for the caulking to be finished around the base of the shower which the second installation man told me he would contact me to finish it since he didn't have a matching color from the first installation day. That was September 19th when I last heard from him too. The other issues: two rescheduled installation days due to the measurements being wrong and then supplies being late both times (they had to reordered because of the measurements). So that's 2 days I missed work (and I don't have benefits). Rash tried to provide a discount, which was nice of him, but it still didn't fix or make up for the communication issues and didn't fully cover the 2 lost days of pay. The miscommunication and lack of follow up is unreal. That alone makes this a 2 star experience.

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

This is what nightmares are made of: Promised a 1-month project. It took them 5. The quality of the…read morework was amateur at best and catastrophic at worst. I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. I don't have the energy to upload pics but maybe later. Just trust me; pick someone else. Signed, Exhausted, Angry and Broke
