Not now! 4. Took 6 weeks to get a missing mail slot part from an order. 5. Nothing at Ferguson worked - from new phone system that receptionist stated always showed people out, no supervisors available in multiple departments on multiple occasions to help with problem, sales support and customer service not returning calls as promised. Warehouse not being able to find lost part. The list is endless!!!! 6. No accountability. I don't plan on using them again. I am now looking for a new source. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spend over $70,000 with Ferguson ordering plumbing supplies and appliances. Their sales team and order handling team are the most rude, incompetent, unwilling to help bunch of people I've ever come across in my entire life. Completely ghosting on scheduled deliveries multiple times to the point that my contractors used their personal trucks to go pick up my appliances themselves! They also sent damaged and / or incorrect items on about 12 different products, and then told me it's my problem to deal with the manufacturer to fix the problem? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Awful experience! We used their consultative services who mixed up 24" height vs 24" width and made us eat the restocking fee because we didn't catch on the order. The rep wrote up the order. Kelly the manager claim we NEVER do this, but in your case, we'll split it because they are not able to resell it at full price. We had an electrician out to hang the lights ($400) that we have to pay again once they get their stuff together. She would not split it with me. We had 2 more chandeliers come in with manufacturing problems that needed to be returned due welds breaking immediately after they were hung. We had bathroom light fixtures that came in manufactured wrong requiring us to replace them. They sent freight carrier out twice to our house to pickup parcel but didn't send us the BOL nor tell us they were coming. To top it off, most of the items were on back order for 6 months. 1 out of 10 I'd never use the' again. These guys stink! read more

We spent a large sum of money on lighting, plumbing fixtures and a full kitchen package. The dishwasher had to be replaced after the first month. The replacement took 3 months to get installed. We have had to have technicians out 3 times to fix our refrigerator which still doesn't properly work. The customer service team has been less than helpful to say the least. We have asked for a new fridge that doesn't have the issue that ours is having. No one will give us an answer. The last time we spoke with someone they were going to schedule ANOTHER maintenance tech to come out. That was over a month ago and we still have not heard from anyone. I have even asked for store credit to buy another fridge from Ferguson that works properly. No one will give us any answers. Very disappointed. read more

There is a reason they only received 2.5 stars and that's generous. I dropped in hoping to find hardware that was unique and beautiful. They had plenty but not a single person to answer my questions. When I entered the store, the front desk was full of employees. I felt like I was an interruption to their day. One lady simply pointed me in the right direction, but no one ever showed up to help. When I returned to the front desk, there was not a salesperson to be found. It would be easy to say the showroom was full of customers but that wasn't the case. As far as I could tell, I was it. I see a lot of people bagging on this store. We went in and it very nice. Very upscale items but nothing like people are saying. Yes if you want help I'd suggest making an appointment but just go in and see if it meets your needs before that. It maybe more than your looking for but it's no Home Depot. read more

I am honestly shocked at how awful the customer service was here. I am a designer, I brought my client in yesterday to do some shopping for a project. I asked the lady at the front desk for some help, and she told me "we work on appointment, and we close at 5pm." Mind you I walked in around 3:45 and it was only 4:30 when I approached her. RUDE. I also asked a gentlemen back near lighting for some assistance and his response was, "I just clocked out", I THEN asked another women with red glasses who sits near plumbing for some help, and she threw her body back and looked at me like I was bothering her. This place is a pathetic JOKE. I will use other plumbing resources for my projects and not give this joke of a place any of my business. Not professional, rude and not welcoming at all! The customer service here is the absolute worst. I spent so many thousands of dollars on all new everything in my kitchen - all Jenn Aire - each item has minor manufacturing defects I can live with, but the real kicker is that the top-end full-of-features microwave only worked for about two weeks after install in October of 2020. Now its mid March 2021, Ferguson sent a repair guy from Guinco over three times- first time he did not have a part, weeks go by before part arrives and on the second visit he replaced part, but then a different part was the problem so weeks go by before ordered part arrives and the guy shows up, opens the part box only to find a very damaged unusable part. His resource says no replacement available in the foreseeable future! And the repair guy said their install guys did not install the base supports correctly and showed me why. I want a functioning microwave and Ferguson to supply me with what I paid for. I get hung up on or no return call or return email. I feel due for a replacement or comparable exchange or a refund- I'm flexible. I don't have time to escalate my contact to them to a daily basis or more just to get a reply. My contact with them has been courteous and professional but I cannot say if I ever speak with them again I would be able to restrain my frustration. read more

She was so knowledgeable on all of her products and extremely helpful. Not only that, but she was so efficient which I appreciate. Recently I had the pleasure of having 2 of the hardest working, most committed service men to install a dishwasher at my boss's house. I was the one overseeing the installation and service since my boss was out of town. After arriving promptly at the agreed upon time, it was discovered that a plumber would be needed to change out a stuck shut off valve under the sink. Talk about accommodating! They explained the problem and promised to work with me around their own schedule if I were to get a plumber even the same day! Fortunately, I was quickly able to get a plumber and as promised, Raphael Ignacio and Raphael Solis returned the same day, fitting me into their schedule. They never made me feel like I had inconvenienced them for them having to return and were so courteous and helpful. I emphatically recommend them and their team whenever you might need indoor installation for an appliance. Extremely professional! read more

I will never give Ferguson any business again. I purchased an $11k+ built-in refrigerator from Ferguson. The installation process was extremely poor. It is not who you buy from but the installation team that they use that is the key and Ferguson clearly falls short in all respects. On the installation date, the Ferguson crew removed my existing refrigerator and left a 36 inch scratch on my hard wood floor. The crew was unable to install the new refrigerator and it sat in my garage for a month. The initial crew had never installed this type of refrigerator before and they were literally on their smartphone with their boss being told how to do it. They were unable to do so, but only after telling me that I had to make several alterations. The electrician was at my house to move the electrical outlet when their new installer arrived and told us that the changes required by the previous installation team were not necessary. Great, I think, that saves me some money other than the service charge for the electrician. Next week, the installer returns to install the refrigerator. Several parts are missing from the initial delivery. Another week later and his return visit. Except he doesn't show up. For a week. Ferguson manager no longer returns my phone calls, just has the installer call to apologize. He finally shows-up and installs the refrigerator. He doesn't remove the packaging material but I am just happy to get him out of my house. I will never buy from Ferguson again. read more

I will never buy anything from Ferguson ever again. I purchased a complete set of Jenn-Air appliances at about $20,000 for my kitchen remodel, including: built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, warming drawer, induction cooktop, vent hood, and wine refrigerator. You'd think that after spending that kind of money, I would get some decent service but I didn't. Purchasing was relatively easy but nothing else was. We needed the vent hood installed before the other appliances because the new island had to be lined up to it. Ferguson installers came out to install but were unsuccessful. My general contractor ended up getting some of his guys to install it. When the remodel was completed, we had Ferguson come out with the remaining appliances to install it. The installers were very sloppy and didn't protect the brand new, just installed solid hardwood floors. As a result, they scratched up the floor in the kitchen, which required the floor installers to come back out and repair the floor. A couple of days after the appliances were installed, I noticed a small dent on the bottom of the dishwasher. I called my sales rep and he said he would get someone out to take care of it. No one ever came. As if all this wasn't bad enough, and to add insult to injury, I have been trying for the past six months to get the certificate number of the "Jenn-Air certified" installer who came to my house so that I can register my appliances and get a two-year warranty instead of a one-year warranty. I have called multiple times and talked to multiple people but to no avail. Apparently, getting a simple certificate number for one installer is just WAY too much trouble for Ferguson that they can't even do that. As a result of their inability to provide the smallest form of service (after spending so much money), I'm losing one year of my warranty. But Ferguson does not give a hoot! It's pretty obvious that they don't care, as can be seen by the other review left here. Had I known how awful their service was, I would have gone somewhere else and paid more for the same appliances if needed. read more

The two stars are for the salesman who was professional, engaging, courteous, and unknowing of what was to come. The staff at the showroom location overall are very 'proud' of their jobs but not interested in clientele/customers. Purchased items that I ultimately picked up at the warehouse only to discover that the vent hood did not include necessary parts to install. Seems you have to hire an install person to bring those items or go buy them in addition to what you have already purchased. Hired the install for the following week with a window of 1-3pm arrival time. By 2:40 no show and dispatch informed me at 3:05 after I called they are at a place with no phone reception. "Once they are able to make a call they will let you know they are on their way." I cancelled the install by 4:30 and returning the vent hood. The install 'crew' called at 5:30 to say they are on their way. Amazing lack of communication and respect for the customer. Never again and my bad for waiting as long as I did! read more
