Since it was still within their 90-day warranty, they sent someone out to "repair" it. Fast-forward to October, and the SAME refrigerator stopped getting cold AGAIN. When I called, I was told the 90-day warranty had expired and I would now have to PAY them to come back out and fix it again. I declined and called a different appliance repair company instead. According to the technician who inspected it, the defrost heater was broken and the previous "repair" had not actually fixed the underlying problem. I was told it appeared the ice buildup had simply been melted with hot water, allowing the refrigerator to start cooling again temporarily--until the exact same problem inevitably came back. So I purchased a refrigerator that failed almost immediately, had it "repaired" under warranty, and then conveniently had the same issue return once the warranty was over. Based on my experience, I would NEVER purchase another appliance from this company. I paid good money for an appliance that turned out to have a problem that I believe should have been properly repaired the first time. And to make the experience even worse, the receptionist's attitude after the sale was unbelievably rude and nasty. She was sweet as pie BEFORE the purchase, but afterward the customer service was completely different. Save yourself the money, frustration, spoiled food, and repair bills.
