They found…read morethe matching quartz we were looking for, fabricated it exactly to my specs, and did a beautiful job installing our new beveled quartz cabinet tops. Allan was great to work with from beginning to end. He worked with me on everything, the timing was great, and his price was better than any of the other bids I received. It was just an easy, pleasant experience all around. My wife and I absolutely love how it turned out. Take a look at the before-and-after pictures--the first shows the temporary plywood tops we had been living with, and the second shows what a difference the new quartz made! Great work, great value, and great people to work with. We'd definitely use Innovations Touch again and highly recommend them.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After signing a contract, I expected…read morethe building process to begin according to the agreed-upon timeline. Instead, I was not contacted until approximately a month after construction was supposed to have started. This delay ultimately forced me to find a new builder and significantly disrupted our plans. The lack of communication was particularly concerning. Important information was communicated to my loan officer before it was communicated to me, even though I was the client directly affected by the situation. As a homeowner making one of the largest financial decisions of my life, I expected direct, timely, and transparent communication. Because the contract was not fulfilled as promised, I had to secure a new builder and continue paying rent for a longer period while the project was delayed. This resulted in substantial additional expenses and unnecessary stress. Adding to my frustration, once construction moved forward with a different builder, we discovered that the original bid was not an accurate reflection of the true building costs. The final costs were significantly higher, indicating that the original estimate did not include realistic or up-to-date pricing information. This raised concerns about the accuracy and completeness of the initial proposal. Overall, the delays, poor communication, failure to meet contractual obligations, additional rental expenses, and increased construction costs created a very negative experience. I would encourage anyone considering this company to thoroughly evaluate their options and ask detailed questions about timelines, communication expectations, and cost estimates before signing a contract.

They told me they would send someone out to take measurements the following day, but never called me back to tell me when. That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.
