I called as we were leaving another shop and Rosa offered to even give me a price quote over the phone so we would have an idea of what they would charge. I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

I recently had a project where I gave them plenty of time notice, only to find out they didn't even prep the layout of the product until the day before and didn't even install the project. No phone call, no anything and left the client without an installation and no communication. They still have our stone. Don't know why and no excuses. I don't understand how this company thinks that can treat a long time client this way. I've seen this step-by-step getting worse with this company. I would not recommend them and them to anyone.
