They installed my quartzite countertops and backsplash beautifully, and what really stood out was their attention to detail--they avoided unnecessary seams and only placed one discreetly at the stove. The result looks seamless and high-end, far better than the typical builder-grade work. Their team was professional, patient, and clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship. Second time using Granite Design Center. First was for kitchen countertops and backsplash last year. I remembered when we were in picking countertops and tile that they had carpet. So a year later when we needed to replace the carpet, we stopped in. Shadi was again fabulous to work with. Easy selection process. Super flexible as we were having rooms painted but we had to push the installation out another week due to painting delays. Installation was fast, professional, and well done. DO NOT TRUST SHADI...he is NOT good for his word. No integrity. He will change the rules mid stream to his own benefit!!! I came to him for new kitchen c-tops plus island and 2 vanity tops for a rental property. In the midst, trying to do business with him, I asked if he did flooring. I needed 4 bedrooms of carpet. He says and I quote "You can have the carpet rems I have in my warehouse. I really want to get it out and need the space. You can have it." I made a special trip to his store to look at the carpet and assess the measurements with the help of Harold. It worked so I called my installer to pick it up. All arranged. Then when I come in for a third time, SHADI tells he I can ONLY have the carpet if I place an order! Terms changed!!! I picked out remnants to try and make my job cheaper for the rental, but he quoted full price. How do they get the remnants??...from left over paid customer jobs!!! I told him I remodel houses for a living and would like to establish a relationship. I do several c-top jobs per mo. But he would not budge on full price of rems!! Furthermore, he then says his minimum price is $1695. That's high!! Pure profit for remnants! I wasted a lot of time with this joker. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT use them!! read more

We had a great experience working with Shadi and his team. He always tells us exactly when his guys would show up and always made an effort to stop by, or have someone else come by, to make sure work is done up to his high standards. His materials are of very high value, and he would warn you that if you're looking for a cheap quality and price, he's not the one you need to go with. It started off a little slow with demo, plumbing and electrical, but once shower prep was completed, everything went very smoothly. I went into the project with a loose idea of what I wanted and needed - an entire bathroom renovation, and Shadi helped me build on colors, styles, textures and design features. He even gave me the confidence to go with the black and white tub, which is beautiful in this space. Shadi introduced me to the great people at Isenberg Faucets to find the perfect color and style of faucets to fit my style. His crews worked relentlessly to complete the project faster than I expected. Nearly every day, including several weekends, there was someone working on the next phase of the project, keeping progress going with almost no downtime. And Shadi stopped in almost every day to make sure progress was made and met his high standards. Notably, all his tradesman really seem to enjoy working with Shadi - and they will tell you as much. We had a great experience with GDC from start to finish. We were on our quest to start our first big remodeling project. After interviewing a few other companies, we decided to work with Shadi and GDC team. The project included remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, a wet bar, and installing new flooring throughout the house. The end product was a beautiful makeover. We had Granite Design Center help us with our new kitchen. They were amazing. We were able to pick out new cabinets, work on the design right in the shop, rework layout by email. It was very easy and convenient. Once we were done with the layout and style on the cabinets we moved on to the stone. I have been in many stone retail stores but this is an experience. Large beautiful slabs set up for easy viewing, touching. We were able to put a sample of the cabinet up to the slabs to be able to choose what worked the best. The absolute best way to do this for sure. We then moved on to the floor in the kitchen. This group is very professional and have a very keen eye for detail and they are extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry and sell. AND lets not forget about the PRICE. We saved easily 30% to 40% over big box stores and we did not have to deal with a teenager who really did not know what was going on. I WILL BE BACK. Only place I will give my hard earned money to when we have an other project. read more
