    VERY happy customer. We bought an older house and needed to do a complete remodel. I needed everything. New kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops/vanity. The works. USA Granite came to do the measurements for free and gave me an estimate. I was a bit nervous at first because it was such a huge undertaking, but they were very professional and guided me through the entire process. I was able to pick out the actual granite and quartz that I wanted at their showroom. Nearly one year after moving into our house, there are zero issues with the installation. Everything still looks flawless. Just look at the waterfall island in my kitchen. Absolute PERFECTION. I have already recommended them to my friends and family---even my own customers. Thank you for helping me to create my dream home!

When fully reclined, you cannot even see the TV properly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying recliners for a home theater setup. On delivery, we were told that if anything was wrong, we had three days to call. We called within that period, exactly as instructed. Instead of trying to help, the representative basically told us it was our problem and that they would not refund or return the recliners. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unacceptable. I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in the past and never had an issue with other locations, which makes this even more disappointing. But after this experience, I will never buy from them again. This is not the kind of company or customer service you want to deal with. Once they have your money, they clearly do not care. Nope

The selection is large for the sofas and bedding. We did look for some entertainment center like shelves, tho they didn't have any at this store. Prices are a bit steeper in store than they are for the same brand of off brand stores like NFM, but the styles are also different. They have a protection plan that can be purchased for the furniture, supposedly if it's not used you get a credit at the end of the 5 years that can be used in store. We will see how that goes. We had a good experience. Now we patiently await our furniture delivery.

Delivery had to come in stages for bed (1. platform frame w/drawers, 2. bunkie board, 3. adjustable base, 4. mattress). Because of the delivery stages & our travel, we missed the short 72 hour return window. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone until I said I wanted to buy something else from them. They would not talk to me as our order was under my wife's name. They were okay taking my credit card & money though. We now have a bed that we must get a ladder to climb into & zero customer service from Ashley. I will never buy from them again & suggest you do the same unless you do ALL the research & measurements. The sales people are of little help there & seem to only care about their commission sell. Forced to buy another bedroom set from a competitor & just take the loss on Ashley. Never again.

I'm grateful to have worked with him and appreciate how responsive he was with any questions/concerns I had. I love the furniture in my place, it's comfy and stylish. The delivery guys were professional and quick with setting up my furniture and moving it around. The delivery charge is excessive and some of the protection they offer on the furniture doesn't seem worth it. I look forward to returning here, if I am in the need for furniture.

    We purchased our living room Couch and Recliner Love Seat back in January. We had some issues with…read morethe delivery process. But Ashley made good on the delivery. On Friday 26 September our recliner love seat while in the extended position stopped working as designed. Both side are struck in the extended position stopped and will not retract. We made notification to Ashley and spoke with a human and was referred to call a number and the contractor will take care of the problem. The contractor is a "BOT" but never spoke with a representative/human. We were told that the contractor will make contact within 36 hours. Tick, Tick. We were emailed by the BOT and requested an address to send the replacement parts to be sent to. We sent the address as requested. Tick, Tick We were emailed by a BOT requesting photos of the serial numbers. We sent the photos of the serial numbers. On several occasions over six days we called the Ashley Store at 9100 N Fwy I-35W and told there was nobody present to answer my questions. Even our sales representative Donna M. Has ghosted us. Tick, Tick So where do we go from here? Why doesn't Ashley make good on their warranty? Tick, Tick Why can't Ashley management make contact with me? Ashley is dishonest in their business practices! Ashley relies on their contractor without any oversight of their unreliable practices. Tick, Tick Is it normal for Ashley to practice display unscrupulous behavior without any accountability? Failure, incompetent, dishonest, disrespectful and brings no value to the community. One Star is too much! Ashley! You have my phone number! Day 23 STILL NO REAL LOVE FROM AshLIE
