I wish I could give a ZERO rating on this business. The owner Ricardo promised to fix the crack on the newly installed granite counter top, but never did, instead he blamed the customer for everything by yelling and screaming at the customer. The whole process started on 2/5/2015 about 1:45pm, finished about 6:45pm. I was in my room with my door closed because of the all the smell of chemicals. When they were finished, it was already dark outside and countertop looked nice in general (since I chose the black one). I was told by the guy who did my estimate that don't use the countertop and wait till the next day to hire someone to install my disposal and kitchen faucet. So I just looked at the new countertop but not really closely and leave it alone. The next morning (2/16) after I woke up, my kitchen was bright and I looked closely on the countertop and I found a a crack on the countertop where the breakfast bar is. So I called the store and talked to Ricardo, he said he was going to fix it by replacing it with another piece of granite. I was glad that he was helpful. I texted him the picture of the cracked granite and he texted me back that he would work on it. Then I waited during the weekend thinking he was working on it. By Monday noon (2/9), I did not hear from him about when he would come and fix the crack, So I called the office or Ricardo's phone, his son Lewis picked it up, and I asked him when they were coming to fix, out of no where he said" we are coming today between 4 to 5 pm".( Nobody had told me they were going to come on Monday 2/9) I told him clearly that I was at work the whole day and nobody would be home between 4 to 5 pm that day, and asked if they can come another day. Lewis then told me they could come Thursday morning(2/12) between 9 and 10, so I told him Thursday morning would work. Later that day (2/9) I was still at work, Ricardo called me around 5:30pm, and asking" why nobody is home" and their guys were at my house to replace the countertop. So I told him at noon I already rescheduled the time to Thursday. Then I could not believe my ears what happened. Ricardo started screaming on the phone" It's not my fault" and blaming me for breaking the countertop at the first place, he just kept yelling and screaming at me ( I would never break my new countertop that I just paid for and ask them to come fix it, that means I cannot use my kitchen pretty much). I have never been treated by any company like this. And I didn't want to argue, I just told him to calm down and fix the problem. I suggest if their guys could wait till I got off work around 6pm since they were already made a trip all the way to my house. However, Ricardo just told me "NO", and still being angry and yelling at me" I can leave the countertop at your house or you can come to my store to pick it up, you go ask somebody else to install for you, I will not install it". I cannot believe he treated me with no respect and told me to ask someone else to install the granite. As for today 2/17, he has not apologized and fix the crack. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
UPDATE: After my review on the company's Facebook page on 2/18, the owner comment back as the following:"Why you don't mention that some one easle broke your granite and wven that we send my guys to repair the damage why not mention in your comentz that we went to your house with a new piece even not being our foul we try to repair and fix someone ealse problem and you didn't show up 1 we did went and fix it you didn't open the door
2we bring a new piece to replace it
3 my responsability end when i show up to repair and replace even knowing ot wasn't us that broke the piece

I am not sure who "someone else" he is referring to, but I think he means I broke my own granite counter top and I want to go through the process of waiting and calling them to fix it. And If I was not at work or if I was informed that they would come to fix it on that day, I would have "open" the door for them. read more
