I can't say enough about what a treat it was to work with Mike! We have a pair of 20 year old leather Lane wingback recliners (called Action Lane) and the seats were tilting to the side on each. We pretty much gave up hope of replacing them (unless we wanted to spend over $4,000 for a new pair of similar quality), so we decided to see if they could be fixed. Wow! I called Chuck's Custom Upholstery last week and they immediately put Mike on the phone. These are the nicest guys! Mike came right over the next morning to take a closer look, and said he thought he could fix them. He would take them back to his shop to see if there was anything broken inside. He thought it would be around $200 per chair, plus pickup & delivery. IN JUST 3 DAYS he brought the chairs back with new foam (carefully protected inside by an extra covering of upholstery). He retied the springs and showed us the photos of his entire process. Our chairs feel BRAND NEW. He also stayed right on budget. We HIGHLY recommend these guys. Excellent communication, superb work, and a great attitude to top it off! read more

Great workmanship on multiple items! Chuck is the Best & a super kind gentleman. Fair prices too. Highly recommend.

I called this morning about needing a fix for leather couches. Chuck immediately let me know what I needed help with (removing cat smells) wasn't his forte but gave me the contact info for another local company that could help. Not often you get that kind of above and beyond service when you aren't paying for it. He will be my first call should I have something that falls in his purview. read more

Chuck, was professional friendly and did a great job. Chuck helped me identify the issues and came up with creative solutions that helped rejuvenate couch cushions. read more

I'd give zero stars, but you can't. I called Chuck and left a fairly detailed message regarding the furniture and kinds of repairs needed on Monday, with my name and phone number. I repeated the phone number. Now it's Friday and no call back, even to tell me that he's too busy or doesn't do that kind of work. read more

I found Chuck's Custom Upholstery in a search on line and are glad that I did. I have a sleep sofa with cushions that needed filling with good quality foam. Brought a cushion to Chuck's shop for an estimate and decided to proceed with the job. It is (was) a pleasure doing business with Chuck. Chuck is extremely responsive and returned phone calls quickly. His prices are very fair and the quality of his work is excellent and the cushions were completed quickly. The cushions are now better than when they were new!!! I normally do not write reviews, however Chuck is deserving!!! I'll definitely recommend my friends to use Chuck's services!!! read more

We bought a couch from NFM a year and a half ago and the cushions are already completely broken down. When you'd sit on it, you sank down to the bottom. It was awful. We brought them to Chuck and first off, he couldn't have been kinder or more responsive. He took the time to talk us through our options and teach us about the cushions, stuffing, foam, etc. Secondly, his shop was wonderful. Lastly, and most importantly, the outcome of the cushions was great! They turned out exactly how we wanted and as he promised. Plus, they were done in 5 days and he dropped them off for us. Thank you so much, Chuck! read more

Couldn't recommend Chuck more!! I have a lazy boy recliner that is in great shape but needed to be recovered. Found Chuck online, read the reviews and they were spot on. Chuck's Custom Upholstery - Large Foam Window Cushion - Furniture Reupholstery Near Me - Frisco, Texas

My mother was in need of a new cushion and squeaky springs repaired on a chair onLy purchased 2 years ago. Not under warranty anymore:( I was visiting from Nevada and knew I needEd to help her out. Her seat and back were hurting her so bad. Mind you she's not even 100 lbs. After not getting anywhere with the manufactures website I googled places near them in Frisco.Chuck's custom upholstery had good reviews. On my first call I explained the situation and he set up appointment, picked up chair and brought back the next day better than new my mom said. He also told me he would keep me posted and he did. The best pricing and customer service I've witnessed in years. Thank you again ! read more

We have hired Chuck twice. One time to reupholster some chairs and another time to to work on some of our outdoor cushions. I would totally hire him again. (Which we are going to do next week for a new project.) read more

Chuck is "the best"! He's very honest and has handled all of our needs for years. The latest was a family heirloom, and as usual, he surpassed our wildest expectation! read more

We took our chair to Chuck to be re-upholstered. Not only did he give us a lower quote than what we got in Dallas, but he did the work in half the time. You simply cannot beat the quality and craftsmanship of his work. We are super pleased and feel we made a great "find" in Chuck. We'll be back! read more

I have had them fix both of my couches, as my new pup had chewed the sides. Once I was able to get the material from the manufacturer. They picked them up and only took a week to have them fixed. And my couch looks brand new. They do great work and super nice about. read more

Chuck and Mike are amazing!!! They worked wonders with my 13 year old Mitchell Gold slip chairs. Immaculate craftsmanship and they are so polite and accommodating! Five star service all round! I will definitely be calling on them for future projects! read more

Fantastic craftsmanship. Had an expensive 8 year old couch that had seen better days. We did some furniture shopping and the quality and cost these days were insane. $1,000 for a couch that is made from fake wood, weighs nothing and limited options for fabric...no thanks. We luckily found Chuck who is close to home, came highly recommended and even picked up and dropped off. Absolutely worth the wait. Chuck is a really busy guy, so we waited several weeks to get in and a few more for the work itself. It was worth it!! Couch looks better then new, with our customers fabric. Best $600 bucks we ever spent....on furniture. read more

Chuck's upholstery is awesome! He did a wonderful job with a leather couch and an upholstered bench. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Thanks for the great work and awesome service! read more

Incredible, incredible job. Chuck is so nice to work with and the quality of his craftsmanship is second to none. He is down to earth and reasonable when it comes to telling you how to get the most value with what your doing but he truly delivers a Neiman Marcus quality product. I will never take anything else to anyone besides Chuck. I think I spent $675 to get our sofa recovered, which is a 15 year old Norwalk, and another $300 on fabric. New, the same product would have cost me at least 3 or 4K. He was guiding me on whether or not to add legs or keep the skirt and advising me on the lowest cost option to purchase legs if I chose to go that route. Incredibly honest, and again, beautiful, beautiful craftsmanship. You may have to wait a couple weeks or even a month to get in with him, and then I think it was about a two week turnaround, but it is absolutely worth it. Read the reviews, he is the best!! read more

He did great job with my replacing my chase cushion . I will be using him again for other stuff as well.

I have a sofa that I really liked, but the 3 cushions were pretty sad looking. Thanks to my two Dachshunds who love to perch on them. Called Chuck about having the cushions stuffed - he quoted me (an awesome) price and time frame. 3 days later I picked up the cushions and they looked awesome!!!!! I would recommend Chuck's Custom Upholstery to anyone....great service, great pricing ..... believe me you won't be disappointed. read more

Chuck is absolutely the guy you want to go to when you need something reupholstered. I had four bar stools , a vanity seat and two dining chair bottoms recovered. Great job! Straight seams, excellent fit and you can see that there is quality workmanship that went into these pieces. I was in a bit of a rush since we were moving to Florida and Chuck and his brother-in-law took excellent care of my project. Chuck is friendly, knowledgeable and is appreciative of your business. There is no hard sell of any kind - bring your own fabric - and he is very reasonably priced. I don't give our five stars very often, the service has to be over and above and his certainly is worth the five stars. read more
