I had some red stains that they were going to charge extra and when I asked Llyod, he was 100% honest and said the chemicals cost $20 and even explained the technique in removing red stains! Not only that, he was able to make arrangements and come out to my property the next day and since I was not able to be on site during the cleaning, Llyod took care of me. They answered the phone on the first ring, we're very professional and came out a few hours later and made all my problems go away. Don't believe that bad review. It seems like people want something for nothing and get upset when you stand up to them. Lloyd was very thorough with me and gave me a firm price before he started the work. I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant.
