I made an appointment with Jennifer, who's supposed to be the Manager in South Florida For 8AM. I called and emailed to confirm because no one reached out or confirmed. Didn't have mask for face and shoe covers for floors. I asked to put mask on but said could not put shoe covers. Company charged me Deposit 20 and another fee of 50. Crooks! Did a horrible job cleaning our house of 5 rooms. He lightly sprayed some green stuff all over the carpet and "steamed" brushed it so fast literally took him like few minutes per room. Didn't even remove the stains and didn't even affect the way it looked. Paid $275!! Ended up going to Lowe's renting a machine and it indeed remove a bunch of the stains and made the carpet bright. Not sure if the guy is even trained to wash carpets. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone read more

I had call the company to setup a cleaning. I had spoken with Emily who tried to schedule it for 8am, I asked if it could be done at 9 and was told they could come at 8:30. I agreed. They show up at 8am, I inform the technician about what I was told he said he would be back at 8:30. I then get a phone call from the office telling me that they don't do appointments at 8:30am the technician could be here at 8:15. The women said that they had sent me an email on Monday confirming the appointment, I informed her that I had never received any email confirming the appointment. I told her I was not happy about the change but to send the technician. Apparently since I was deemed non compliant see canceled my appointment. Now let's see if I get my deposit back. read more

The woman taking calls and scheduling appointments is THE WORST I have ever dealt with! First, she misrepresented nearly ALL their prices, trying to overcharge for some & undercharge for others (based on prices listed on the website) and flat out lied her butt off when I called her out on the overcharging, saying I had to buy a 5-Room package (carpet cleaning) in lieu of paying PER ROOM, as their prices are plainly listed as online (with NO mention of any minimum or package-purchase being required, etc. etc.) -- anyway, after she lied her butt off about the $44 overcharge, I TRIED to inquire about the price discrepancies quoted regarding the upholstery cleaning, and she frikkin' hung up on me! --- She got TWO of the THREE prices wrong in her quote (again, according to the online pricing). I have used these people before; but I will NEVER, EVER use them again -- and I will sure as hell warn everyone else to steer clear of these clowns -- because if this is who they choose to represent them and their business, that should tell you all you need to know!! I was very impressed with the quality of work that George did on my hard wood floors. I recently purchased a new home that had years of wax and polish build up. I got three estimates including Trurenew. One estimate was double the estimate from George and the other company refused to attempt to remove the wax buildup. Trurenew arrived and finished ontime. TruRenew was professional, fast but not rushed, and so kind! If you want seriously good hearts that shine as bright as your tile will, these are the people to call! I was seriously concerned the carpet wouldn't come clean -- the dog had been getting sick out of both ends for at least a week and chose the EXACT SAME SPOT every time -- but it was just like new when Brett finished! Just had grout "cleaned" by this company. The guy came out, sprayed the tile floors (missing a lot of the grout) and then used his steam machine on it. The tile looks the same as it did before he got there with stains in the grout. You cannot tell it was cleaned, at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR GROUT CLEANING. Poor customer Service! We paid $20, for a spot cleaning, estimate, and to meet the tech. Before committing to cleaning my entire house. On the day of the appointment, my son had been sick with 103.5 fever and throwing up. The tech indicated to clean my whole house it would take 2-2.5 hours. We decided to reschedule. When we called to reschedule, the receptionist indicated we would have pay half of the services up front. When we asked why, we were told we "cancelled" today's appointment. I felt we had paid for what we wanted by paying the $20. We just decided to wait have the entire cleaning done. I asked, are people not allowed to gather estimates, or think before committing? She said, well, "not necessarily", but when you book, again, you are locked in, via a half payment. I lost my temper, told her "F, you" cancel the appointment. She then scolded me, for my language, and said she was cancelling my appointment. Which I was I wanted to be begin with. In the end....a mother with a sick child should not be messed with and a service company should be in the service of helping mother's out. Not making their life harder. Just my two cents. read more

I recommend this company before any other local carpet or wood floor cleaners. All the sales reps know the process and were able to give me a great quote. We needed our floors cleaned before Thanksgiving and they came out on the Sunday before. We felt like the pet stains and odor was impossible to get out but they proved us wrong. They did an amazing job!!! The crew was very knowledgeable and kind. We watched them get years of stains and smell out of our carpet in just a few short hours. Do NOT use, called in to get them to install carpet in two small rooms. Quote over the phone was $125 per room plus $25 extra for seems. Set the appointment for them to come out when I called in on a Tuesday to install on Saturday at 5pm. Got a call from the owner George that they normally do not install rooms but just put carpet back in and stretch the carpet back. But he can do the job but will have to charge me $400-$500 for the rooms. Keep in mind his call came on Saturday the day of install at 11am, I had already removed all furnishings from one room and started on the second. I took off work the afternoon to have the rooms ready for them. He even said he has another company that would charge me around $200 for both rooms to be installed (but they could not make it out that day) but HIS price for HIS company would be $400-$500. He is the owner of the company and would not honor the price his office had quoted (his wife Jennifer I believe even took the call and gave me the quote). I am a small business owner and would NEVER have this type practice, have some pride in what you do and the service you offer.... read more
