This company is great!!! As a mom of two toddlers and two little dogs, my carpet was a huge mess. I was so close to completely giving up on my carpet until one of my colleagues at work strongly recommended Rugguys since they did such a good job cleaning her furniture and her rugs !!!Let me tell you, Sam has removed all my carpet stains that my son has managed to spread everywhere around the house and sanitized my entire two floor home. I was in a bind - moving to a new place and discovered a horrible stain from a plant that had leaked on my beautiful wool rug. The rug had mold growing on it which I hadn't seen until the planter was moved. I called Rug Guys while the movers were loading the truck and the Rug Guys picked it up THAT Day, so I didn't have to bring the moldy rug into my new home. Sam at RugGuys personally picked up the rug and delivered it back to my new home. He even moved my furniture and spent the time to help me figure out where it should be placed in my new home. He moved my king size bed and placed everything - even with a healing broken hand! The rug looks amazing - I can't believe how they were able to remove the stain and revive the rug, and Sam was fantastic to work with. These guys are awesome... had a couch that I loved but was well used and couldn't spot clean any longer, so I moved it to our porch where the dogs,goats, cats and chickens proceeded to sleep on it... then I found rugguys who were willing to clean it for us!! They did an absolutely amazing job with what they got met them during the awful winter storm in Dallas to drop off the couch(we live several hours away) great communication before, during and afterwards... we will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone... I found this company on TikTok. I live in East Texas and don't have a carpet and upholstery service like Ruggys. Sam the owner is the NICEST person and did the best job - ten out of ten. He did my area rug, sectional sofa and chair and ALSO did the grout in my utility room and cleaned the tile. My house is fresh as new! I would use his company again. Very professional and responsive. Essam the owner was very helpful and worked around my schedule since I was moving apartments. He took my big shaggy rug from my old apartment for washing and drlivered it to my new apartment as per my request, which was in a totally different city, and was an hour away.
