I literally just had a technician leave and had to write this review about why I DID NOT go with their service. I will start by saying the customer service has been good - no complaints there. When I called to inquire about cost, I was told they could not give a price on the phone because the techs needed to come out and look at what needs to be cleaned, which happened today. All I needed cleaned was my sectional and area rug. Both are only 3 years old, but they are off white so I just wanted a general cleaning to brighten them up. I don't have pets or small children and there are no spots. Do you know what I was quoted? OVER $1,200!!!!!! For a sectional and area rug that are like new! Absolutely INSANE! That's nearly half the cost of the sectional. I would never. Then he says he can come down to over $400 instead. Under no circumstances would I patronize this company - these prices are ridiculous. I'd buy a new couch before I would ever do this. read more

I was disappointed with my experience. The steam cleaning service did not meet my expectations, and the overall quality of the work was not up to par. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the technician during the service. There was little to no communication about what was being done, what to expect, or any concerns that came up. Good communication is an important part of customer service, and unfortunately, that was lacking throughout my experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company unless they improve both the quality of their service and their communication with customers. read more

On phone to request estimate/appointment, I was assured there would be no service fee for that which I thought a bit strange. On day of appointment they DID charge a service fee, "but only for those moving forward with the work, not for people who decide not to utilize them"- which is deceptive, and utterly backwards. Normally businesses charge a service fee but it can be applied toward their work. Also they charge a 4% credit card fee which seems excessive and makes a profit for them since credit card companies only charge them 2%. Otherwise they did clean my carpet and furniture well and the guys that came out were nice. Overall 4 star. read more

I was very disappointed in the work of Steam Master Cleaning located on Reeder Road. Carpet looked worse after cleaning than before. It was soaking wet for 2 days and dirtie. The carpet on the dining room floor seemed to have been stretched. All of my grievances were reported and a representative came out. He asked lots of questions but gave no solutions. I was most disappointed. I cannot recommend this company. It was very difficult to give any star rating at all. I did so only because it was required.
