That was the last I heard from Aaron or Salter Exteriors. I called, text and left several messages, but they did not respond. I would stay far away from Salter Exteriors if I needed any roof work done.

I have bought a few counter tops from this company over the years. My current countertop will be…read morethe last time I ever do business with this company. We picked out a counter but it took a week for them to get our check to clear the bank. After that, another week went by and no word about install date. When I called, you can't leave a message because they're voice mailbox is always full. If you try to contact them online, there's an error that won't let you do that either. I got ahold of someone on 1/12/26 and they said it was scheduled for 1/16/25 between 8-9am. I called back and asked if we could get it installed sooner because no one could be there that day. They said they would find out and call me back. I never heard back from them so I figured they would come out on the regular scheduled day. Around noon on 1/16/25 I called and asked when they were coming because I took the day off in order to be there. The installer texted me and said it was rescheduled for 1/19/26 because he was told 1/16/26 was cancelled by the customer. I told him I never cancelled anything. Someone was supposed to contact me but never did! The installer said he would see what he could do and he would call me back. He never did!! I never heard a word from anyone all weekend. I called them at 10am on 1/19/26 to find out when it was going to be installed. They said between 11am and noon. I won't hold my breath. I have dealt with lots of contractors and vendors over the years because we have several rentals, but this lack of customer service is pretty bad. This will be the last time we use them or refer anyone to them.

I had a very poor experience with a deep clean. Scheduling was easy and I clarified what items…read morewould be cleaned since we were booking for a new baby and to ensure we were on the same page with what I was paying $400 for. They sent one person and she was done in 4 hours (for context, our regular house keeper takes 4 hours for a basic clean). I walked through the house and the below were items that were still dirty: Master Shower - they cleaned this 3x and still was not to standard. After the second time, I being 38 weeks pregnant got a damp rag and scrubbed for 20 seconds to show them the dirt and soap scum still on the shower! I had to clean it myself a fourth time. Multiple spots on door frames, doors, and baseboards not wiped Cabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen not wiped Inside of microwave was not touched Top of fridge wasn't dusted Top of pictures/decor/lamps not dusted Kitchen light fixture not dusted Window sills not properly wiped out Chairs in dining not dusted Laundry room shelf not dusted, tops of machines not dusted Bathroom sink fixture still dirty Front and back doors inside not wiped Several of these items they went back over more than once. The owner spent almost two hours here after the initial woman had cleaned going over her work and correcting the above items. I also expected the house to smell nice and clean and it did not. When I asked if diffusers were used, I was told "I think I saw she had one with her by the door." While they did attempt to immediately correct all the issues I had, I shouldn't pay $400 to tell you what to clean because at that point I could've done it myself (keep in mind I had already confirmed what specific items would be completed to prevent any miscommunication with this). The owner apologized but did not offer any changes to my bill or another opportunity to make a good first impression. I did a lot of research on who to clean our home pre baby and I was severely disappointed. I will not be using them again and would not recommend.

They did knock $55 dollars off because they didn't clean the oven but I still had to pay over $200 for a job that was not done. They tried to blame it on us because of boxes in the way but all boxes were stored in one room & they were told not to worry about that room.
