RTA cabinets from a Malaysian manufacturer that are put together onsite by this vendor who…read moreprimarily works with GCs. I chose the grey cabinets for a kitchen remodel. My contractors first experience with Eon Cabinetry. There were issues of incorrect cabinets ordered by my GC. Be aware that they cannot be returned once they are installed. Overall, I would say that the cabinets are of nice appearing quality and a good price , but some other issues were noted during installation.. If you use them, the colors are nice, but there are some production line problems, and 2 cabinet doors were too long. I Was told that it was a fabrication error from the manufacturer. Several other cabinet doors were warped and needed to be returned, apparently due to the extreme heat in the vendors local warehouse during the Texas heat. So, be aware that the cabinets are not kept in a temperature controlled environment. They will replace any defect if you notice it and tell them. Some scratches noted on other doors and also some other areas (not showing, where the paint was peeling off. (The heat?) the cabinets look very good in the kitchen, but I will have to remember to update the review to see how long they actually hold up. The office was very willing to replace any defective doors that the GC brought to their attention and they give you touch up paint and putty as well. The paint did not match perfectly for large dings, but they will replace the door if that is an issue. My advice is to go over every cabinet when you get them, and ask your GC for a DRY FIT, before installing them so that if there are defects or incorrect sizes ordered, or the layout is wrong, you are then able to exchange them. Have your GC deal with the office staff as I felt they were a bit salty and they don't seem to deal with the public directly it seems. FYI: these cabinets can also be ordered from other vendors online under different names, but, if they arrive damaged, it can take weeks and more hassles to get them replaced. My GC was able to get replacements within 2 hours. So just be aware of that if you decide to buy them online. It could put your project behind if you get something defective or they are the wrong size etc.... The main benefit of using this vendor was because they are local and have a brick and mortar location in Fort Worth. I would say that if I were to do house flipping, I might use them again. Pros: price, local vendor, responsive to quality issues or exchanges. Cons: limited selection, some quality control from mfctr, and quality control issues on vendors side resulting in wood warping from extreme temps in a non temperature controlled warehouse. Recommendations: inspect every cabinet, do a dry fit before install, and check every door for dings, scratches and warping etc in the summer before installing.

Review: A Total Transformation by Zamari Make Ready Rating:…read more I recently purchased a foreclosed property that, frankly, was in rough shape. It needed a lot of love and a massive amount of work to become livable. I hired Zamari Make Ready, and I can honestly say they exceeded every single expectation I had. They are much more than just a "make ready" crew; they are miracle workers. Here is a snapshot of the incredible work they handled: * Interior Refresh: They performed extensive drywall repairs and a full interior paint job that made the house feel brand new. They even replaced all the toilets and swapped out old door knobs, which made a huge difference in the overall feel of the home. * Structural & Exterior Care: They tackled the tough stuff, including repairing cracks in the brickwork and replacing rotted siding. * Outdoor Restoration: Our broken fence was completely replaced, instantly improving our curb appeal and security. * Attention to Detail: They even tracked down and replaced missing tiles, seamlessly matching the existing flooring. Why I Recommend Them What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the craftsmanship, but their professionalism and efficiency. Taking a foreclosed "project house" and turning it into a home is a stressful process, but Zamari Make Ready made it look easy. They were punctual, communicative, and didn't cut corners. If you have a property that needs a serious overhaul--or just a professional touch to get it market-ready--do yourself a favor and call them. I couldn't be happier with the results! We called ahead to Saginaw Surplus about a specific door we needed for our house. The person on the phone said they had it in stock, and the website showed the same--so we drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived, we found out they didn't have the correct swing door after all. The employee we spoke with admitted he hadn't actually checked before confirming over the phone. When he finally got up to look, he just said there was nothing he could do--no offer to order one in, no attempt to help us find a solution, nothing. The attitude was dismissive, and it was clear they didn't want to make any effort to help. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and gas. We won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My older sister has been working with wood for a while now, and I just want to learn more about woodworking/ crafting. As I stood there listening to both of them talk about wood types, tools, and techniques (It sounded to me as if they were speaking in a foreign language, lol), you could tell that they had a love for woodworking! My sister has inspired me to learn about it, but Justin has made me want to learn even more. I found out they offer classes, which is awesome. The prices are very reasonable; the wood is very beautiful, and it smells so good in there like a hotel lobby. We will be returning for more wood soon! The Wood Shed has won me over!

Inspired by the idea of turning those trees into something meaningful, we decided to create a dining room table from the wood. Garrett Garner of Clean Slab Customs suggested we contact The Wood Shed for their expert services, particularly their large planer for flattening wood. After visiting The Wood Shed and speaking with Danny and the team about our project, my son Sean decided to take their basic epoxy class to gain some knowledge. Inspired by what he learned, we went all-in with their epoxy table build class. The results were stunning! The experience with The Wood Shed was nothing short of amazing. With their assistance, Sean created a massive 6 ft x 9 ft dining room table that now graces our home. Danny and the team were incredible to work with--knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about woodworking. They guided us through every step, from building the forms and flattening the slabs to applying the two-tone, layered epoxy and sanding and polishing. Using their workshop and benefiting from their expert guidance made all the difference in achieving a spectacular final product.
