And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! They did a good job of sourcing the marble needed to blend in with what was already there. On the house I sold, I looked it over pretty good, and was happy that I saw straight grout lines. No little chips in the marble anywhere, it was a good job. They get in and get work done. I've never had any problem with them flaking out on when they are supposed to show up for work. They have most of the stuff prepared, so when they get there, it's more a matter of installing it, and not spending time "trying to get stuff to fit". The guys that have done work have always been nice, and they've answered any questions or concerns I had, even when I was probably just being an idiot about what I was asking. Last time I used them, they had just moved to a place in Burleson where they said they opened a showroom. I didn't go out there to look, but this was a couple of years ago. Also, I happened to be talking to the owner last time and found out they also do a lot of subcontracting work. I haven't needed anything like that, but I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask them in the future if I needed anything. Been happy with all the work they've done.

I was looking for someone that could drive out to our little investment in Waco, Texas. Our main…read moreoffice is in San Antonio but I like to keep local businesses going. After looking and calling around for pricing, what I got in response in Waco was I needed to include the size of the cooktop. This told me they weren't detailed enough or they couldn't read elevation because it was noted that it would be a slide-in range. There was no cooktop. I moved on. When I contacted D-Tex, they were polite and I mentioned what I was looking for as a stone for the kitchen. I also requested that my longest run -which would have a seam - have the seam as far towards the back of the galley kitchen as possible. I was given a quote for the stone, cutouts and removal of the existing countertops. I also received a deposit request which was expected. I paid and they provided an delivery date. D-Tex arrived and removed the countertops. They measured carefully for the undercount sink and communicates with one another about how it needed to be. Everyone was on the same page which is what I love to see. They polished, set and impregnated the stone. They cleaned up extremely well. I was not disappointed with their service and the fact that they did not ask about the range versus cooktop like the others did. This showed me they knew their craft. I'm particular but not difficult. I welcome everyone e to sites with a smile and an open mind. If you want excellent service and a fabricator that knows their stuff, I high recommend D-Tex. The seam on the longest run is undetectable. I know it's there and you'll really have to look to find it. D-Tex was respectful. They were polite and friendly, extremely hard working. I have them on speed dial for our future investments which I've already mentioned one coming up in Killeen which I would gladly pay any delivery surcharges for.
