The Last Inventory highly exceeded all of our expectations! What an incredible company! We ordered tiles and had them shipped to our home. Sadly due to UPS they were broken and cracked. Most companies do not go the extra mile when this happens, Let me ensure you, Skylar and his team went above and beyond to help us out. They were quick to get a claim going with UPS and they took the time to individually inspect and wrap each and every tile for reshipment. I have been in customer service for 14 years and let me tell you, this was above and beyond. Sadly, the second shipment arrived. Skylar and his team did everything right, and the box arrived like it had been kicked around like a soccer ball. Clearly during shipment UPS re-taped the box. Didn't pay attention to the words fragile, or that this was a claim shipment. Skylar was just as upset as we were. And again went above and beyond to help us resolve this issue. What a blessing to be able to trust and work with him. We highly recommended this company for all of your flooring, or tile needs. The tiles are exactly what you can find in your big box stores, and they were less. Very happy to have found this site. I bought these tiles almost year ago at home depot and we never got them put up on my kitchen backsplash, well almost year later here we are let's finally put it up but then I found out we didn't have enough. Well now this tile is not sold anymore. My husband found this website that said that they had them I and couldn't believe it, didn't even think it was really site but it is. Our church was looking for carpet/flooring for our church. We found these guys on the facebook market. They were really good at responding in a timely manner. We got to the location to shop. After having our flooring installed we removed some counters and cabinets and needed one more box to extend the flooring over the newly bare areas. The company that did the original installation was no longer in business and finding the same material was an issue. I found a tile I absolutely loved and it was $27.00 per sheet. I was willing to give up some thing else in the budget just so I can have this backsplash. A friend suggested The Last Inventory and sure enough they had the same exact tile for (wait for it....) $6.00 a sheet. I was so happy, even with shipping I saved so much. They constantly have a great selection of Mosaic tiles at reasonable prices ranging from $3 to $6 most times. today they even had some waterproof laminate flooring for 99 cents per square foot which is a great deal.
