I called to confirm if they were legit (and looked up google reviews), and both times I called to ask questions - they were quick to return my call and answer them. Product was shipped in a timely manner with great communication via email. I received 111 boxes for a flat shipping rate and everything came packaged safely and intact. Ordered material from them to have shipped for one of our customers, this was two boxes of LVP flooring that would typically cost under 100.00. The flooring ended up costing over 500.00 for the material, due to the customer being very important to me and the material being discontinued I decided to purchase the material. Not only did all the material arrive late, but it also arrived damaged, and I also found the material to be incorrect. I have now attempted to contact them via email and on their online portal. The phone number on the website when called says no one is available. I may have to report this as fraud soon to get my money back. read more

Flooring prices were very reasonable, timeliness of installation and customer service not so much. Subcontractor called me and delayed installation, then doesn't show up at specified time nor return follow-up calls from me or Factory Flooring Liquidators. My suggestion is to follow-up with contractors and customers to find out that everybody is doing what they're paid to do and that the customer is happy and not inconvenienced. Calls to this store also were not returned in a timely and responsive manner. Hopefully, I can go back on Yelp and update this review with a positive resolution. Almost 2 years later, scheduled flooring installation of last living area. Was lucky that flooring we originally choose was very popular and still in stock! Set up installation and on that day as historically reviewed, installers were again late. No call from store to check with customer if installers had arrived. I just bought a house a month ago and immediately knew I wanted wood floors done (1100 SQFEET). I got 2-3 names from friends and also found Marin and FFL on yelp. I went to showroom and talked with his associate who was very helpful from the get go. Then I had Marin come out and do an estimate. All 3 other people I called- 2 of them had terrible communication. 1 was 30% higher priced and not as customer friendly as Marin. install: I predicted about 3-5 days. In all honesty it only took one. and I know for sure it was 100% done right (concrete leveling etc). I wasn't In a rush so honestly it took 3 just for finishing touches and clean up but I was shocked to come at 8pm end of day one and see it all done. Long story short: If I could give Marin and his team 10 stars I would. Cust service, price, quality. is all amazing and above my expectations. I recently had engineered wood floors installed by FFL. I am blown away by their customer service and professional installation. After contemplating for months ( and 8 bids) as what product to use , Marin helped me choose the right one and I couldn't be happier. We had to have 800 sq ft of ugly Saltillo tile removed and I was dreading it so bad. The morning they started my husband would update me with photos during the day. Gilberto and his helper had it all up and bagged and gone by the time I got home from work. They even had the leveler poured and the floor was walkable. The next day the wood was laid. The 3rd day the stairs were done and all new baseboards were installed. It was the most painless experience ever! My floors are absolutely gorgeous and I will recommend FFL to everyone I talk to. I was there earlier this month with my wife to view different types of eco-friendly/bamboo high quality flooring. We spent about an hour discussing different options with Mr. Marin who is the owner. We ended up wanting to purchase exotic style woods that he has available. He was extremely informative and helpful and showed us the exact types of flooring that we desire. Without comparing with too many places I found that his prices were incredibly good. He was quoting about $3.80 for premium hand scraped wood floors that were Eco friendly and high quality. He was also offering installation for about a 1.99 a square foot, with satisfaction guaranteed including removal of old carpet. I have not purchased yet, but I know that once my tax refund comes back we will be looking to install new flooring from the store. If looking for a really good deal on flooring I would definitely give Mr. Marin a call. read more

I spent the summer getting quotes from a few of the big box stores and Factory Flooring Liquidators, and ended up going with FFL because the price was comparable, I can talk directly to the owner (Marin), and they employ their own work crews. The contractors I've had in from other stores were fly by night subs who all did a poor job and had to come out multiple times for repairs. First off- they did a fantastic job, first time. I have a 1450 sqft house and they did the whole thing except for bathrooms in 3.5 days. They delivered the materials to me a week ahead of time so I could paint the baseboards before the install and they didn't run into any problems with the leveling and install. I have low power outlets in 2 rooms that required custom cuts in the baseboard and they handled it no problem. I just touched up the baseboard paint over nail holes when they left. We had one issue where there were fewer materials per box than anticipated so the materials ran out on the third day. I was worried about delays but sure enough they had enough in the warehouse to come back and finish it the next day. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. read more

This review has been owed to Marin for a while. We used FFL for our new home in Jan 2014. We had them come out after we purchased it and before we moved in. They were convenient, flexible, and reliable. With some companies once they start the work you are stuck with their inflated prices, Marin did right by us and gave us a great deal when the unexpected showed up. He even came out to review the work when we had questions about the floor and fixed what needed to be done. Our beautiful floors receive compliments from everyone who walks in the door. I had engineered HW installed of about 1000sq ft. The installer did not level the concrete floor and kept insisting that the wood wood not creek or bounce after settling in. Seemed a nice guy so I gave him the final check. The floor was bad and I called marin after 25 days and he sent over Pablo to look at it. Pablo confrimed that the floor was not leveled. Eventually they had to remove the floor, level it and reinstall the wood again for about 600sq ft. No cost to myself. Marin stood by his word and I am very happy. Shopped around and FFL had the most reasonable rate for installation. They were on time, quick and answered all my questions. I feel like a got a good deal on my purchase. The floors look great and I get a lot of compliments on them. The only negatives were that they didn't caulk the quarter round. We ended up doing that ourselves. Also, Marin is quite a busy man and is unable to return messages right away. Don't let that keep you from using their service. I recommend. read more

The selection is great. Jason is great. That's where it stops. The owner is unreliable. I got my flooring done back in July and apparently it was the D squad doing the installation. Installation wasn't done properly. Undercutting and such. Flooring doesn't even reach the threshold. Fast-forward over three months to now. I'm STILL waiting for them to fix what was messed up. I set up appointments with them to come fix and then they just don't show up. I spent over $7000 on beautiful floors and can't finish renovations to my house because I'm still waiting. They sound professional by reading their reviews but they are not in reality. We chose them by reading their reviews. First Marin( The owner), sent the very in professional installer to install the lower quality of carpet than he showed us on his show room and we paid for. When we looked and feel the texture and thickness of the carpet during installation we realized that this is not the one we chose to install on our floor. Immediately we called him but he was not ready to accept it. We had to call him several time to come and fix the installed carpet on floor and stairs. Still whoever enters in to the house can notice the bad installation job. They haven't even installed the carpet in the closets that they agreed to to do so. I wish they can come and install it. I won't recommend this company to anyone as spending on the flooring is major expense and we can't change again and again even if we are not happy with it. read more

I spent every evening and weekend for three weeks searching for flooring after a contractor destroyed my home. Empire came to the house, checked out both local Floor and Decor Stores, went to The Boss in Dallas and on my way to Lumber Liquidators I noticed and little store front that said Flooring. I did not go in as I was on my way to Lumber Liquidators. After five minutes in Lumber Liquidators I knew it was a dump so we left. I was already all the way out in the area so I figured its worth at least a look at Factory Flooring Liquidators, which I had just scoffed at and drive past. I made a U Turn and went back to this place I had never heard of. We walked in the showroom and they have all of their flooring for display installed on the showroom floor so you get a true idea what it will look, sound and feel like. Marin greeted us as we browsed. Nothing had prices on it, so we had to ask. The prices he was telling us seemed outrageously low. Then we asked about installation and that price was unheard of. I was pretty sure this place was a huge scam as his prices were not on point with anywhere we had visited. He said the work was guaranteed and that he would not require payment until the job was completed and we were satisfied. We started adding up numbers and were coming to the realization that we could do our entire downstairs for less than other places were going to charge for two rooms and a hallway and about the same if we purchased the wood ourselves and did the installation on our own, which would have deemed our house unsellable. It was the day before Thanksgiving I believe so we agreed to have his crew start on Monday. I am a complete perfectionist and I was sure that I was not going to be happy. Each day after the crew left I was nitpicking every inch of my house, not waiting for the finished product. On Wednesday, I came home and my house was finished. It looked amazing. They added new 4 inch baseboards which made the work even more spectacular. I was in shock that it was my home. The only two unsatisfied customers are my dogs, who can no longer sprint through the house without sliding off the walls as though they are skating in double overtime, game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. I am so glad i found this place. I could not be more satisfied with Marin, his product and his crew. Do not pass this place up. We did 1100 SQ FT for less than the price of an inexspensive pair of boobs, which dont look nearly as good with on area rug thrown on them. Also, a week later we had a new stove installed and the installers messed up the floor. Marin worked with the company to have my floors repaired. He really takes care of his customers. We got a great deal on both hardwood and installation. The price is very competitive. The only thing I would advise is keep the receipt. We asked for floating and was told after the work was completed we would be charged an additional $400 for glue down. Obviously they made a mistake and I'm glad I kept the receipt as proof. After purchase we had about 800 feet of, hand scraped dark wood laminate flooring installed in May 2015. Our house is a new build but we wanted flooring after the sale, for a better price and selection. The installers were on time both days and worked very hard to make sure the job was done correctly. They had to level the brand new concrete slab because the builder failed at this task. The prices were competitive and the quality was great. I have no complaints! read more
