Very efficient from estimate to install. Robert was great and on time for the estimate. He provided the estimate quickly. Pricing was very competitive but beware they do charge $175 for not meeting the 400 sf min. Then Miguel was on time and very efficient during the install. They literally ripped the old carpet and pad out in 10 min. Installation was finished in about 2 hrs. They vacuumed and hauled away my old carpet and pad. Love the new carpet! We had very old carpet that needed replaced. James (the sales manager) was friendly, quick and thorough. The quote was good and the delivery time was fast. After we had the house painted (about two months later) reached out to do the install. Within the week we had new carpet in and looking so good! The install crew was friendly, communicated arrival time and very detailed. They removed the old carpet and cleaned the floor thoroughly, repaired and installed tack strips and were on to the install. After the install I found several of my sons legos that the install crew had swept up and set aside on the windowsill for me. The finished edges are crisp and clean, butt up against my wood and tile so nicely and look incredible. I had them do a quote on carpet for the entire house once we moved and their price was the winner. Robert (the sales guy) was great on both projects.
