Two years ago we decided to replace our floors with luxury vinyl planks. We shopped around and ended up at All Pro after reading all the positive reviews. The initial experience was great. When we met Phil at the store he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us everything about the different options with absolutely no pressure. We made our decision and scheduled installation. Unfortunately, things did not go quite the way we expected with the installation and the overall floor. A year after the installation, we called Phil to come look at the floor which had begun to show peaks at the edges. They came, looked at the floor and agreed some changes needed to be made. Another year passed and the floor looks even worse. Phil came out again, looked at the floor and said it was definitely not right. In a large part of the house the floor was peaking and even had edges breaking. With some more investigating, it was determined that moisture in the foundation was leading to the problems and my 2 year old floor was basically ruined. How an company responds to issues like this, says a lot about the business and individuals. Phil, and the crew at All Pro Floors, have done a lot to help make this issue right. Installed wood floors in office and hallway. Installer used two defective boards in prominent locations. Also, after staining and sealing at least a dozen spots were missed. Came out to fix the problems and got most of the missed spots but unable to fix defective holes. Called again and got a saucy response and was told they would come back out. That was two weeks ago. I'm going to have to call a wood floor repair company to deal with it. My advice, it don't give them the final payment until you have closely inspected the job. read more

I'm going to split this into multiple parts to cover the entire process so this may be a little long: Backstory: when I got my bathroom floors replaced, the floors installed looked great and I had some left over. I needed to replace the carpet in the kitchen/dining room (yes, my kitchen was carpeted) and the old vinyl flooring in the laundry area and I decided to use the leftover bathroom flooring for that too. Unfortunately, I didn't have nearly enough to cover all of those areas so I looked for a flooring place that sold the particular flooring so they could order more. So, to sum it up, I went into this knowing what kind of flooring I wanted down to the item name/number, etc. I went to the flooring manufacturer's website and found All-Pro on their list of dealers. Initial call: the person who initially answered the phone was very nice/cheerful, but the person she transferred me to was not so much. When I explained the above situation to her, she actually started questioning where my bathroom contractor had gotten the flooring and also questioned how I knew the flooring was still being manufactured! I told her that I had looked it up on the manufacturer's website and had seen that it was still being produced and that All-Pro sold it. Then she finally asked me what kind of flooring it was and, of course, I told her the manufacturer and type. She seemed to "loosen up" a little bit after that and we set up an appointment for a person to come out the following week for initial measurement/estimate, etc. Measurement: Well, his scheduled date/time came and went. We waited for 45 minutes before I called and was told that he had forgotten but would be in the area soon. Nice. It ended up getting done but at a much later time. Installation: this actually went well and they were there on time to install the floor. The only issue was that they were missing an edge piece for the step that went from the living room to the dining room. It took three weeks to get that piece and that was only after I called them. The installer then showed up on time but didn't bring enough material! So, it took two visits just to get that end piece done. They did not charge me for it, though. I've been doing a lot of repairs on my house and this company was by far the worst I've dealt with during this whole process. I didn't deal with the man mentioned in other reviews, though, and maybe that was the problem. The floor does look great, though. read more

A picture is worth a 1000 words. I wish I could attach one. We started with carpet and white ceramic tile. What we ended up with is hardwood and new carpet. From the very beginning with our estimate to the very end, Brett and his staff in Southlake along with Luis and his crew, were a pleasure to work with. Making such a large selection was a daunting task, but Brett assisted us in choosing the hardwoods, carpet, and new tile in the guest bathroom, laundry room, and fireplace. We had a wall removed, which opened up the family room and kitchen. At Brett's suggestion, we had 3 different widths of wood laid in the entire 1st floor of our house. This included removing all the tile in the kitchen and powder room. Tile removal is a mess. Plus packing up everything is an eye opener. It would have been easier to move!! The entire renovation took about 6-7 days. But it was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend All Pro Floor in Southlake. read more

Very flexible on setting up the appointment. crew arrived and got right to work. My only suggestion to make the service better would be I was told they would be there around 9am-10am. At 10:50am I called looking for the crew and Geoff had to call the crew to get an update. They got held up picking up supplies - totally normal. The wife and I went in to All-Pro Floors looking to have a lot of our house floors tiled. We had carpet, and after a water leak, wanted to replace it with tile. We met with Phil who patiently went over different choices, and then let us take some samples home to better make a choice. He came out that Monday to get a measurement (we had went in on a Saturday) and we told him which tile we liked. We got an estimate back that night and we accepted the bid the next day. Within a week, the workers came out and professionally installed all the beautiful tile. When we noticed that our fire place tile would sit a little lower, they removed the old tile for us and tiled it for no extra charge. They moved the furniture where we asked and kept us up to date the whole way. When they were done, they cleaned up and put the furniture back in place. The man stated he didn't have the particular tile I was looking for. It wasn't anything custom. I wanted a beveled 12x3 white subway tile which is extremely popular. I asked that if I supplied the tile, could his team install it. The man was very snarky and said, "we keep our crews busy and we don't need to install someone else's product". Unfortunately we will never use this company again. We bought tile, carpet and granite counter tops and had them installed by their "Professionals". These guys first damaged my paint job on the walls (leaving gouges), cut the trim wrong, refused to install the sink (after we paid for it. They did after threatening them), and charged us $500 more for the granite because "We have to buy a bigger piece". Why is that our problem? You measured it for the quote. We use these products in the houses we fix regularly. We will go elsewhere next time. read more

We needed an oddly shaped room with 3 large closets re-carpeted before moving into our new home. I went to the Southlake location and Larry was so helpful and kind! We went to All Pro Floors when we decided to replace our carpet. Several years ago they did our hardwood floors and did a beautiful job. Jerry Lindell was the gentlemen who waited on us. We used All Pro Floors for wood floors in our house. The first thing that happened is they installed our wood floors in our living room & dining room in the wrong direction. My wife called and complained and they agreed to redo it all. We decided to much hassle & looked ok so we left it. The installers were not very respectful to our home as they got hand prints & other crap all over our walls. The clean up afterwards was not very good & they put back very little furniture for us. The customer service was not very good either. With all our issues we never heard from our sales person Wynemah until they wanted the rest of our payment. Never called to check to see if everything was ok or called when us back after my wife called and complained. We were going to do a bath remodel with them but don't think so now. From the very first phone call, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with every person I have dealt with at All Pro. I worked with Phil (Arlington location) and he was great. As a single woman, I never felt taken advantage of, which was refreshing. I had the floors redone in almost my whole house, with 2 different kinds of tile, and 2 different carpets. All 6 installation men who came to my home were very professional, did AMAZING work, and I could trust them. The 3 tile guys were there for 3 full days and on the last day I had to leave them there all alone and go to work. Nothing was ever take or broken, they cleaned up their mess, and they secured my home when they left. The 3 carpet guys were like carpet ninjas. They installed 3 rooms of carpet from start to finish in about 2 hours.
