Unfortunately, that's where it ended. Our original installation date was set for mid-August and it's still incomplete in mid-October! After our shower was finally replaced but still incomplete, I found our stone shelf was cracked. It looks like the shelf isn't flat and the weight of the glass cracked it. The last I heard from Rash who organizes the supplies and scheduling was October 4th at 4:16 in which he told me the stone is estimated to arrive Wednesday [Oct 7th] and he told me he would call to schedule the re-installation. 11 days later, silence. I'm also waiting for the caulking to be finished around the base of the shower which the second installation man told me he would contact me to finish it since he didn't have a matching color from the first installation day. That was September 19th when I last heard from him too. The other issues: two rescheduled installation days due to the measurements being wrong and then supplies being late both times (they had to reordered because of the measurements). So that's 2 days I missed work (and I don't have benefits). Rash tried to provide a discount, which was nice of him, but it still didn't fix or make up for the communication issues and didn't fully cover the 2 lost days of pay. The miscommunication and lack of follow up is unreal. That alone makes this a 2 star experience.

When we called our plumber they told us we had to wait four days! There's no way we can wait four days without water. So we did the work ourselves. The problem is we didn't know we had to exchange the old for a new for it to be covered through Moore. Which isn't their fault! We had bought a water heater from HD, then called to get it credited. However, Moore Supply kindly told us they can't do that. Oh well for us. Friendly customer service though!

When you first enter the store the walls are lined with "as seen on TV" items. How do they know I can't NOT walk by without stopping? They have so many towels, bath items, curtains, bedding, outdoor items and more! You have so many items to chose from. I purchased my bar from them on clearance. I love it. The most fluffiest blanket I have came from here. I call it my Game of Thrones blanket because it looks like something off the set. My most expensive purchase to date is the Omega juicer that I bought in January. The staff was informative and helped me make my decision. So far the juicer works like a charm. I haven't lost weight but it did pay for itself within a few months. Some items are more expensive. The real difference is that you can find a lot of variety. I recommend for everyone especially if you are redecorating or want to get a cool gift for someone.

And they couldn't get their story straight about the amount credited, being given 3 different amounts. Nothing but a money grab. No longer a USA company but outsourced with customer service that is abhorrent.

Even just making a phone call was so stressful because their call system sends to other cities every time and never to Fort Worth- such a time waste. We were assigned a new rep. She was very nice to work with in person, but again nailing her down was difficult. Emails would go unanswered for so long for simple questions on getting things ordered. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them!

This store has a huge selection of everything at lots of different price points --- but almost every option was much cheaper than the comparable option at Homes/Depot. Like, a full dollar per square foot less in most cases. The laminate I originally picked out and had delivered turned out to have some serious flaws in each box, which my contractor discovered after he started to try installing them. It looked fine to me, but apparently there was a defect that would've affected how they could be installed. Anyway, I drove back to F&D worried about how they'd handle this (since almost all the boxes were open already), but they promptly processed my return and helped me pick out a new laminate. (Thankfully no problems with the new type.)

They misaligned three faucets in the…read morebathroom's granite , did a bad job on the tile grout, and sold a whole slab of granite that we paid for future use without contacting us. We are doing another project so therefore we do not have matching granite. If we had not already paid for it and just hoped it would still be around that would be one thing. And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! That should be their motto "substandard work with no apologies"
