Through the online site I purchased sealing bags which were supposed to be the equivalent to Food Saver bags. What I got was bags that look like zip lock and unusable. I went back and forth between BBB and the manufacturer, both pointing fingers at each other for over a month. When I started threatening with Deceptive Trades and Practices my account was credited. I attempted to use the credit and was told that I have to buy another membership to use it even though the membership doesn't end for another 2 days. And they couldn't get their story straight about the amount credited, being given 3 different amounts. Nothing but a money grab. Worst customer service from a customer service department. They sell products that are defected and even if the items are right after the return "period" they will not own up to it and say sorry I have to stick with the strict policy. I asked for someone I can speak to about it and they will not provide me anyone and they just gave me the manufacturer phone number and said here. Oh and they smiled and laughed about it. I asked them please don't laugh. It is SO not funny that I just spent $50 on a product when it CLEARLY says on the box that LED will NEVER GO OUT!! and it has only been 3 & 1/2 months. I could spend hours in here digging through the clearance items, testing the blenders and rolling around on the mock beds they have set up. I Will say I hate that they put all the fragrance packets together that the front entrance as that initial whiff of linen mixed with lavender, apples and vanilla makes my head hurt. All the staff is very helpful and will check on you periodically as you shuffle through the isles. Make sure you sign up on their website if you don't receive the 20% off coupons in the mail already- those things are like gold! I have walked in several times and had that "I need help" face and the employees have been willing to take me directly to what I need and bring me a bag for those days when I'm in denial. Their online registry is great, especially when you are short on time and need to find a bridal gift pronto. I ordered a gift online and it was pulled from the shelves and waiting for me when I arrived. Super helpful. Then I needed help locating another set of items and an employee whisked me away to the exact location of what I needed. I also discovered that in addition to their registry services, Bed Bath & Beyond also offers a free DIY gift wrapping station. Those boxes and the tulle came in handy and made wrapping my gift a breeze. Beware of Bed Bath and Beyond! They will suck you in and you'll find yourself lost in their world of awesome home decor and more! All Bed Bath and Beyond's pretty much have the same layout. When you first enter the store the walls are lined with "as seen on TV" items. How do they know I can't NOT walk by without stopping? They have so many towels, bath items, curtains, bedding, outdoor items and more! You have so many items to chose from. I purchased my bar from them on clearance. I love it. The most fluffiest blanket I have came from here. I call it my Game of Thrones blanket because it looks like something off the set. My most expensive purchase to date is the Omega juicer that I bought in January. The staff was informative and helped me make my decision. So far the juicer works like a charm. I haven't lost weight but it did pay for itself within a few months. Some items are more expensive. The real difference is that you can find a lot of variety. I recommend for everyone especially if you are redecorating or want to get a cool gift for someone. read more

I don't know why they don't just make everything 20% off and save me the trouble, but whatever! I saved a hundred bucks here buying all kinds of stuff for my apartment. Thank you Monica, in customer service no less, for ensuring we will never shop at BB&B ever again. An assist to the four employees at the only open register who couldn't break off their conversation and sent us to said Monica. We have always had some difficulty finding prices on items at your store. Today while shopping the hand towels it happened again. No individual pricing, no signage for each brand, nothing. When checking out we asked about the pricing and you definitively let us know "I don't do pricing." We then asked for prices and you informed us "we just installed two price checking machines for that." When we said we were not aware you followed up with, "they're big black machines on either side of the store. Easy to see. " We made our purchase with a gift card which you told us to swipe "so I don't have to enter the numbers manually." Let's review. No clear pricing. Asked for help. Received curt and condescending responses. All while standing under a sign exclaiming CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe the sign was for sale? I'll never know it didn't have a price on it. It definitely was not describing what occurred beneath it. One suggestion. Pricing signage or a sign pointing me to the black pricing machines. This store and especially the young associate at the front lacks customer service and common sense. It was a busy time, and I waited in a long line of people and when I got to the front, I realized the item I brought was dirty. I asked if I could grab another, ran back and when I came to the front, their were at least 6 more customers in line. She saw me and ignored me. O evem.said to her, "i can't believe I have to wait to wait in this line again". She said nothing. The right thing to do was to finish serving the customer that was at her counter and service me as she said she would.. or call for back up. She absolutely has zero assertiveness and lacks customer service and common sense. I became frustrated that I had to wait another 15 minutes in line and left the item at the counter. I was in this store this weekend, and I have to say that I will be back and ask for Claudia, she went out of her way to help me out, She had a huge smile on her face and an amazing attitude that was contagious, such a happy person. I could tell she was fairly new since I am in there often and she was not sure where everything was but not once did she get frustrated or left my side until we found the item I was looking for. It is a great place to shop. Hard to find staff for help. Always have to go to the front if you need to grab something from atop that you can't reach. Restrooms need some serious cleaning and better lighting. But I like to stop by every month or two for the only place where I first could only find the Working Man hand cream that my husband likes. They always are the first to stock up on the "As seen in TV" stuff. So it is a great place to look at the actual product verse buying it blindly from TV. read more

So happy with their return policy! My husband and I bought a shark steam mop from here for my birthday. After about 2 months of owning it, I decided I didn't like it, but of course by that time the receipt was long gone. Amazingly they let me return it with no receipt and gave us full money back! If it had been a gift from a friend I would have had to have taken store credit, but since we had the credit card they were able to put it back on the card. So happy about this!!!! Went in here today to return a pan that we had bought in a set over a year ago because the non stick surface was ruined and had burnt pieces that wouldn't come off. They didn't carry that particular piece by itself but they had it on display as part of a set. They were nice enough to let us switch our crappy pan out for the shiny new display. Very rude staff. Something was ordered online and due to stores being closed I went to return it and the person that was helping (Patricia- very rude) refused to do so saying it passed the 30 days return policy but when I called costumer service they told me that the policy was extended for additional 90 days which the store should've been able to return it. They called the store and spoke to the manager that said he will be waiting on me at the stope to help me take care of the return himself, so I get to the store I tell the cashier (Veronica- who's also very rude) what happened so she asked me if I know who did costumer service speak to and I told her I have no idea but the manager was in store so she called the manager and he tells her that he did spoke to them and they should help me so she handles the return but instead of refunding me the full amount she takes 20% off from the amount I originally paid and she doesn't return the tax amount that I paid! I go back to the store same day to let them know and they couldn't figure out what happened and ended up refunding me another 21.38 when the amount should've been 27.97! Very poor management the younger workers are sweet but they're being bossed around by idiots that don't know what they're talking about. I have to say the male manager did his best to help he was nice it's just the other 2 idiots that didn't know how to do their jobs! read more

So I just purchased a set of pots and pans, one of the very first big purchases for my home. I was very careful handling the box and the cashier, Caitlyn, yanked it from me and just man-handled it even after seeing how gentle I was being. She flipped the box on the table with her knee. Like, if you can't lift it, don't yank it from me in the first place. And she had a very bad attitude, I think she forgot she was an employee and I was the customer. I just overall felt like she was irritated to have to deal with me. The rest of the staff seemed pretty helpful but my cashier 100% ruined my day. read more
