    Floor & Decor not only has the best prices, but their selection is vast and extensive. They've got the best customer service around. Seriously! Customer service representative Peters was absolutely outstanding. We told him our vision and our needs, and he made it come to life. He helped us for about an hour and was extremely patient with us. I highly recommend Floor & Decor.

    TRUE STORY....We purchased $6k worth of bamboo flooring, product was delivered damaged 03/21. The delivery company said they would report it and took pictures. I called and was told I could bring it in and exchange it. Here is what you need to know, ANY DAMAGES, refuse the whole shipment or you have to dig to the bottom, as you can see in this picture and RETURN THE WHOLE UNOPENED BOX. Then with the 9 damages boxes I would not have had enough flooring to finish?? I tried to EXCHANGE the damaged pieces because I used the good ones in the box, but they would NOT do that, and will NOT answer or refund my money. It was not an option for me to dig to the bottom at 70 lbs per box or RETURN a full box if only 3 of 16 were damaged. CRAZY!! I am out 2.5 boxes of flooring, very sad.

    Floor & Decor dock workers damaged our van carpets

    Floor & Decor had the best prices and selections for flooring materials. Darren was very knowledgeable and extra helpful in helping us select the right products. Would have given more stars but the people who loaded the boxes of vinyl planks into our minivan just destroyed the carpets. Be careful and remove your carpets before they load the materials, they don't seem to care nor have any pride on their work.

    We went to Floor and Decor in Arlington and luckily were found by Christina S. who works in design. She helped us with everything from design ideas to selecting the right tiles and finishes. Really helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Made a huge difference to be assisted by Christina. Go see her. She's very good. GRACIAS..... THANK YOU christina

I went through their formal inspection process, which confirmed one inch of sagging, and was told that does not meet the warranty threshold of 1.5 inches. So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. If you are considering a large purchase here, especially a mattress, think carefully. The product warranty sounds good until you actually need to use it.

    I had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Grand Prairie location…read more I attempted to return a few seasonal items due to better pricing at another store. While there, I noticed the newly discounted price was even more attractive so I decided to repurchase. As a Perk member, I understand the store promotes benefits such as hassle-free returns and no questions asked. In the past, I have never experienced any issues with returns or repurchasing items at adjusted pricing. But on this visit, the store manager, Cassandra, refused to honor the store policy stating that we do not do price matching and that I cannot return items and repurchase them. First, I never asked for price adjustment; I simply stated that I was returning them and then repurchasing them and buying more of the same items. I reference the return policy which was right on the counter and ironically, she stated that was not applicable to me. I asked her to please call her manager over. She left and came back after a few minutes with the store director, Lory, who agreed with her. I asked both managers to clearly explain how my return fell outside of policy guidelines, especially since I had my receipt and was well within the return window (less than 30 days; as a perk member you actually receive additional 30 days to return). Initially, they declined to assist. It was only after I asked how to escalate the matter that the director agreed to proceed, noting that the transaction required manual input because the system would not automatically recognize it. They even had the nerve to question why I was returning to this store vs going back to the store of purchase, which was located in Oklahoma (not sure why in heck this was a concern but truly showed me their ignorance). The overall interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and inconsistent with the customer-friendly policies the store advertises. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and clarity. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I guess the term "the customer is always right" has been tossed out the window. I'm afraid to even question what happened to common sense? I wish there was an option for a "No Star" rating because they surely earned it with this one!

    Stopped here for some Christmas ornaments and this place was VERY picked over. I was not expecting…read morethe space to look that way just a few weeks out from Christmas and on a weekend. We found a couple ornaments but nothing close to what we were hoping for, and staff was scarce on the floor. Not sure if this is representative of the store or the season, but I won't be back until the holidays are over.
