When I entered the store, I was acknowledged by the person occupying the front desk. She greeted me…read moreand asked if there was anything I was looking for. She directed me to the item I requested, and said there was more online. I never heard from her again . I wandered around the store for 45 minutes. I passed by two desks where guys were sitting and nobody even said hello or asked if they could help me! Not impressed whatsoever with the customer service. Beautiful items in the store, but I will not give them my business.

I would highly advise against working with Ferguson as much as I hate to give a negative review it…read moreis an accurate reflection of our experience. Our contractor gave us the name of the rep past clients had worked with (he did not have a strong relationship with he told us that to start) but we decided to try because of the selection they have. We were very early in our project and had not begun demo yet. After literally 6 weeks of calling and emailing and never getting a call back I went in person super frustrated and asked for someone new to work with. Even just making a phone call was so stressful because their call system sends to other cities every time and never to Fort Worth- such a time waste. We were assigned a new rep. She was very nice to work with in person, but again nailing her down was difficult. Emails would go unanswered for so long for simple questions on getting things ordered. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them!

Had a meeting to get a quote for a bathroom remodel and was quiet thrown off when I was told "well…read morethis is a similar bathroom we did for 70k so if you're not looking to spend that, we're probably not your company". Completely rude. Not to mention, the question that would have made sense preceding that statement would have been: what is your budget? It felt like she made the decision that I was too poor of a project and didn't want to be bothered. Never even received a follow up. If there's a minimum spend or desired clientele, then that should be listed on the website. And your consultants should probably not be in the habit of assuming budgets without actually asking.

Every other contractor, many of the high end designers in Southlake area, priced the cabinets for my kitchen remodel between $20k-$40k. The quote I got back from this place was $89k!?!?! Just for kitchen cabinets! The entire remodel was going to be $200k+ whereas I've signed with someone else for half that price. I recommend going to the showroom, get some ideas then get your pricing from someone else. I definitely don't need kitchen cabinets that cost $89k, even if they will last through an atomic war! :)
