They were able to do such a great job repainted the very dark stain to our color, installed hardware and soft closures on all the cabinetry. We also had the island remodel from a 2 level design to all flat one level. Their team did this as well as relocated some electrical and replaced our pendant lighting. The communication from his team was exceptional, and Adam made a schedule for the entire project, the projected completion date and the crews that would be at our house to work and on which days. He also uses What'sApp to communicate with the teams working and make sure everyone is on the message thread. One of his team leaders, Tom, was also a pleasure to work with and came and checked daily on the work being done making sure everything was being done properly. The painting teams, granite work team, installation and demo teams were all much more tidy and considerate about cleaning up after themselves as much as they could after the days work was complete. I will say, the paint smell was terrible for several weeks, but there is nothing that can be done about that but ventilate the house and keeping the windows open when possible (it was January so that was difficult) We are very happy with how the work turned out and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Allan and his team at Innovations Touch. They found…read morethe matching quartz we were looking for, fabricated it exactly to my specs, and did a beautiful job installing our new beveled quartz cabinet tops. Allan was great to work with from beginning to end. He worked with me on everything, the timing was great, and his price was better than any of the other bids I received. It was just an easy, pleasant experience all around. My wife and I absolutely love how it turned out. Take a look at the before-and-after pictures--the first shows the temporary plywood tops we had been living with, and the second shows what a difference the new quartz made! Great work, great value, and great people to work with. We'd definitely use Innovations Touch again and highly recommend them.

Ursula helped bring our vision to life with a design rendering, and Allan and his team executed it beautifully. The entire team was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. Everyone who worked in our home was neat, courteous, and did excellent work. They addressed any issues that came up without hesitation or surprise charges, communicated throughout the process, and didn't consider the job finished until every item on our punch list was complete. They also went above and beyond by helping us source materials, providing recommendations, creating stain samples, and making sure we were happy with every detail. Our kitchen turned out amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend Allan, Ursula, and their team!

As an advanced DIYer, I originally planned to remodel our own kitchen. We ran into CabinetFacers at…read morethe State Fair of Texas and I could see the quality of the cabinets was beyond anything I could obtain from any other vendor. At the same time, the cost was very reasonable. We were initially going to replace about a third of our cabinets and reface the rest. After the bidding process, we decided to replace all the cabinets. We even got a few extras such as pull out drawers. (BTW soft-close doors and drawers are standard.) Since Lenny and his team builds every single cabinet themselves, there are no standard or mandatory sizes. We worked with Lenny in terms of half inches at times. This flexibility allowed my wife to get the maximum out of her kitchen. She doubled her storage and increased the efficiency with simple design changes. I did my own electrical, plumbing, flooring and HVAC. Lenny was able to work with me to assure that everything lined up and fit during the install. He was also easy to work with during several design tweaks before we reached a final rendition. When installation time came, we were equally pleased with that process. We had a single installer, Hector, the entire time. There was no rush yet there was no wasted time. The install was done as if it were his own home. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. A start time was agreed upon each day with respect to our schedules and needs. Hector almost became one of the family. Having lived with the cabinets for a while now, we remain very happy with the looks, quality and durability. My wife and I would go straight to Cabinetfacers should a future need arise.

We made some minor changes, during the process, and Lenny accommodated us, even though it was probably a little inconvenient for him. Hector, his right-hand man, was so professional, on time every day, stayed late, and was meticulous with every cabinet and door. We cannot say enough about the choice we made to use Cabinetfacers.

We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Thank you to ICO again for a job well done!

Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

Ray, the head of the company, is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They have an interior designer, Nohemi, that has a great eye, and we loved her design portfolio. Our budget and time frame ended up being a little tighter than we had originally hoped due to some required foundation and electrical work, so we had to scale back our project and go with a smaller business. However, we are hoping when we do our next project, which will be the kitchen, that Ray and Nohemi will be available. Would love to work with them beyond just the design phase.

YES, their were Construction delays and hiccups along they way. It's called Construction for a reason. But what we love about HDP is they stand behind their work and they are as honest and trustworthy as you get. Just incredible people. It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Because we continue to be that impressed. Last week we again gave him a long list of normal wear and tear items to more extensive projects and he submitted his review timely and accurately along with a couple suggestions. We look forward to beginning the next list of projects.
