I was disappointed with this group. I hired them to fix a leak my Mom had in her chimney. During…read moreour estimate visit we discussed with Marivel that they would be putting a limestone shoulder cap on the chimney and filling in all cracks in the mortar between the bricks for $250. When they showed up to fix the chimney, no one came who spoke english (I am not judging or upset but it made communication very difficult). I had to text Marivel through the whole process so she could translate what was going on. Marivel kept telling me different things throughout the repair process. First she said that they would not be putting a shoulder cap on because my Mom already had one. She does not have a shoulder cap and when I proved that with pictures, Marivel changed her story to the repairmen would be making it out of concrete (not limestone like we has originally agreed upon). After that she texted me that they would be filling in the cracks with a clear waterproof caulk, not mortar like we had discussed. I asked if this is the best option and would look nice, which she said yes. She told me it was repaired. When I went to my Mom's house to inspect they did NOT create a shoulder cap at all for the chimney, just caulked some of the cracks. They still charged me $250. I had to argue to get an invoice emailed to me, Marivel had me send the payment directly to her through Zelle, I'm not even sure the money went to the company. Overall it was a poor process, poor repair job on the chimney, poor communication and I will not be using this company for the other more major remodels we had asked for quotes on. Beware.
