On day 2 I caught them caulking over old weathered, cracked caulk. I caught the lead man hiding old rotted wood with caulk. When I brought it to his attention that all rotten would needed to be replaced, he said he was not informed to do this. I had to babysit the job. Charlie showed up a did a great job, and was flexible with the pricing. I showed him some other work I wanted to have done and we were able to agree on a good price on the spot. He had supplies needed on his truck, did a good job with the work, and communicated well. There could have been a little more clean up after he finished the work (footprints in the bathtub and shower, pieces of plastic from the caulking left on the floor) but honestly?
