Hi everyone, I wanted to share our horrible experience with this Construction company called owned…read moreby Omri Nagar. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this construction company. They failed to complete…read morethe project, leaving several parts of the job unfinished, including the trim work, flooring, painting, and caulking. Additionally, the floor is detaching from the baseboards. To make matters worse, they caused damage to my dishwasher and took two large granite slabs from the property without explanation. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I would not recommend their services. We are not surprised by your arrogance and denial, we want to warn others to be aware! I truly hope our house was your last project in your unsuccessful career as so called contractor. Lying and cheating will not get you far!

Three years and at least a dozen contractors, we had essentially lost all hope. My husband and I are not particularly difficult to work with (at least I don't think we are) but it seemed that good, honest, skilled contractors were difficult... no, impossible to find out this way. On a whim, I was having a conversation with a stranger in a local buy and sell group on Facebook. She was having the same experience. Darin's brother came along and commented on the post and urged us to visit the website. I was impressed. Not only with the quality of work but with the professionalism that was apparent by looking at his website and his work. We bit the bullet and contacted him. Darin has been extremely professional, communicative, fair and now, with work complete, is without a doubt, the most skilled contractor we have had the pleasure of working with. Faith in service and humanity restored. Darin will be our go-to for our future projects. Extremely pleased with every aspect of his service and work. Would absolutely recommend.

They maintain a very professional and friendly attitude through the project, kept the work area clean, and remove all debris from my property daily. Dust and noise was kept to a minimum. The work done, was amazing, check out the before and after pictures. The first few hours of the project was preparation work, which include covering up the path and furniture, from the front door to my bathroom where the work will be done. Then the fun part begins, demolition, and before you know it, they are done. Darin and crew, thanks for the pleasant experience. We have more project in store for them.

This is what nightmares are made of: Promised a 1-month project. It took them 5. The quality of the…read morework was amateur at best and catastrophic at worst. I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. I don't have the energy to upload pics but maybe later. Just trust me; pick someone else. Signed, Exhausted, Angry and Broke

From my first meeting at my unit with Carlos at Transom it was very clear that he is a true professional and I wanted his company to do the work.
