Nightmare after nightmare with contractors since moving to Central Texas, we were out at least $30k and no closer to having our home remodeled as we had hoped. Great work Had popcorn removed in our new garage and couldn't be happier Wife and I bought and older home that was completely remodeled on the inside. The garage however still had nasty popcorn on it. These guys came in a did an A+ job. They quoted me a price for labor and cost of materials - and quote was right on. What is nice about this place is that everyone is close- friends and family. Darin owns the company but the people who did the work were his good friend from elementary school, his brother and dad. Darin and his crew are Master's at their Craft. Due to a foundation issue, we had to take our guest bathroom down to the studs and rebuild. What was once an ordinary guest powder room is now a guest spa experience complete with 12 inch Rain Shower head and full glass enclosure. ( the Pictures don't due it justice) The best part - his budget was spot on. We then had his group update the kitchen. Holy Cow!!!! Cut the bar down, installed granite, new cabinets with accent LED lighting. My 30 year old kitchen is now my WOW and Gorgeous Kitchen. Did I mention his budget was spot on with this project as well. We had a little left over from our kitchen project and asked while he was here could he paint and removed the popcorn ceiling in the living room that has 20 ft high ceiling. He worked us in. Good people, very reasonable prices, outstanding finished product Darin remodeled our tiny upstairs bathroom in an old house we recently purchased.The bathroom was very depressing to use and in bad shape (see photos). I had a list of items that really bothered me about the bathroom and he had the best ideas on how to address each problem. Never once did Darin try to upsell me on a product. In fact, his solutions were often times much more affordable than what I had planned. Example #1: I wanted to replace my inward opening door with an accordion or pocket door so that it wouldn't take up so much space in my small bathroom. This would have either made the entryway smaller or cost $$$ to install a pocket door. Darin's solution: install the existing door so that it opens outward instead (lol so simple) Example #2: No storage space and our existing cabinet made our bathroom look ultra crowded. I wanted a custom cabinet in this weird nook our bathroom had. Darin's solution: Removed old cabinet. Found a stock cabinet that fit perfectly that allowed us to utilize the entire vertical space, was much cheaper than a custom cabinet, and accommodated our hamper and scale underneath. Other random notes - - New bathroom ceiling fan works great and has an auto shut off feature - Abel replaced a broken ceiling fan in our master bedroom quickly and affordably - Paint job looks great, even after staring at it sitting on the toilet - Darin reads reviews for any product that he buys for you and will tell you what he thinks about them so you can make the final decisions. Always felt confident with my choices. - His custom glass guy did a phenomenal job. Developed a leak after a month on the bottom seal and the guy came back, fixed it, and showed us what to do if it happened again. Very easy maintenance. No sliding door to clean thank god. - His recommended store to shop for bathroom design had great prices, an amazing selection, and great customer service - They showed up when they said they would. Job got done quickly even though we did it during Holiday season. - House prepped well so the rest of your place doesn't get trashed Lastly - The team had the keys to our house for 3 weeks because we both work full-time and nothing was stolen. We have 3 dogs and multiple cats locked up in our other room and none of them disappeared. Will definitely remodel our second bathroom with Darin and Abel in the future. Wish I could ship them to California to fix up our other house. You should definitely hire his team - it's hard to find people you can trust to work on your house. read more
