We heard of Alex Rudio from several fiends. He had done several jobs for them, and they were very satisfied with his work. We used Alex's team to do some panting at our house and my wife's office. So when it came to remodeling our master bath, Alex was our first choice. He helped us with the initial design. He explained which options would be expensive, and which would be cost effective. After we developed a basic plan and divided up responsibilities, Alex provided a clear estimate. We bought the lights, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and tub that we wanted. Alex handled everything else, including the glass, cabinets, and labor. He let us know when we needed to have the part we were going to buy, and when he would start. He started on time and he and his team was always friendly, professional and kept the work area clean. They also helped pickup some of the larger items I bought. They heavily reworked the shower/tub area. Fixed a cracked shower pan, enlarged he shower, shrank the tub area. Even when I bought the wrong size tub, hie father Beto and brother Johnny tried to make it work. When that did not work, they helped me get the tub returned, and when the correct size arrived, they did a great job of framing and tiling the tub area. They also went to the extra effort of making the shower bench base out of concert block instead of wood for durability. Alex's cabinet maker built beautiful vanities by arranging the the cabinet faces to emphasize the wood grain. Alex's whole team was always careful not to damage the items I bought, or the rest of the house. During final touch ups, not only did they fix all the items that I identified, Alex found several thing I did not see. The final cost of the project was reasonable and right at the original estimate. I did pay him through out the project, but Alex only asked for payment of work they had completed or for subcontractors. We were very happy with the entire project and would use them again and have recommend them to our friends. read more
