The small pad in front of the door is 3" - 6" off center, left over concrete poured on the lot behind my house, which I don't own. My fence he took down wasn't put back together correctly. It will cost thousands upon thousands to correct. He won't respond to text messages. He's a Home Depot "Pro" so hopefully there's recourse through Home Depot. Esteban walked away after being paid nearly $70,000, leaving behind poor workmanship, damage, and incomplete work. From the start, he promised professional, high-quality results and claimed he could do better than our previous handyman. Instead, it quickly became clear he was in over his head and did not understand the full steps of a complete full home remodel. As the project dragged on, I found myself having to check in constantly and even advise him on how to get the work done, which is absurd for a licensed contractor. The list of issues is long: Paint job never completed in bedrooms and on cabinets Overspray on cabinets and our newly stained concrete floors (which we had to pay out of pocket to clean) Damaged drywall and poorly done texture LUMPY AND CROOKED WALLS throughout the home Damaged gutters Terrible grout work and poor Schluter trim installation in every bathroom New flooring installed over weak structural areas he promised to repair--but didn't Esteban later admitted he underbid the project and then stopped responding to calls and messages, leaving us stranded. We moved here from Connecticut hoping for help restoring our home after a flood, but instead were left with even more damage and stress. TEXGEN cannot be trusted.
