Tried to get on their schedule (needed to be done by the manager) to get lawn aerated (the price was right). Manager has been "in the field" for the last three days. Tried 2-3 times to get the manager, but alas, no such luck. As a result, we will take our business elsewhere. Seems like they do not have time for customers... Received a call from John with the Heroes Lawn Care (Southlake) who saw my original review ,and he was willing and happy to make things right, even though my review was intended for the North Central Dallas branch, and our residence was outside of his service area (not by much). John honored the price and his technician came out the next business day to do the service. He did a great job and he even power blowered all the soil cores off of the driveway, which he stated is something they do for all of their aeration customers. Based on reviews I read on various sites, I decided to call AJ's irrigation and Drainage. I was greeted by an office staff member who was very pleasant and professional. I explained my problem and she gave me a time that she could have someone at my home later that day to analyze the problem and give me a quote. Jose arrived at the time I was told that he would be there. He quickly discovered the problem and gave me a quote that was reasonable. He performed the repair very efficiently, checked and adjusted all my other sprinklers to make sure they were positioned to give me maximum coverage.
