To be clear, they sub everything out, with the exception of the design: digging, concrete decking, plumbing, gunite, plaster... all subcontracted to other companies, but supervised by Complete. Their team did the design, permitting, and landscaping/irrigation work. The pools team did a great job, and I'm very happy with the end product. HOWEVER.... this review is to comment on my overall dissatisfaction with the company's willingness to honor the landscaping/plant warranties - which they didn't do. Instead, they invoked the "act of god" clause, and left me hanging. The dollar figure is a few hundred bucks, and a little bit of my own labor to replace the dead plants... Given the project was north of 200k, it's a minimal impact, but I'm going to be honest, and state that it left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, and wanted to share it with the broader community. Caveat emptor.

This builder was First Texas Homes, by the way. And the home warranty furnished by StrucSure did nothing to help. The firm said, "nope, no problem here!" When clearly you can see the builder screwed up either the foundation forms or when framing the house. The exterior wall brick for one side was completely set OFF of the foundation, so it would be only a matter of time before the brick sagged, cracked, and possibly would bring the whole exterior wall with it. This is what I needed fixed - I needed the mason to remove the existing poor scab work, put in lintels to reinforce the brick wall to the foundation, and do a better scab job to cover the lintels. Eliut's team did a tremendous job. They took their time and made all of the necessary precision cuts to the lintels and cinder blocks to fix this ridiculous issue. When I first called, he responded right away, looked at the issue the next day, understood my main structural concern, texted me all the details, and had his team do the job two days later. I was blown away. He also allowed me to pay with Zelle, which made things super easy. Highly recommended.

But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps.
