He immediately asked why I wanted to remove the EIFS which seemed odd since it is well known that it is a defective product and all the original manufacturers have gone out of business due to the massive number of lawsuits. I told him that I wanted to get a quote to determine if I wanted to spend the money myself or deduct the cost from the price of the home when I decide to sell it. Amazingly, he did not want to take the time to provide a quote for a $100,000 job and left! It is obvious that Pedro Stucco refuses to provide quotes and expects their customers to give them a blank check. Don't waste your time contacting this lazy contractor!

Ray came out right away and provided an estimate. His workers came out and fixed all the holes and did a great job. Ray was even able to match the paint perfectly and his team installed a rubber snake on the decorative ledge near the largest hole they fixed to deter the woodpecker from coming back. So far it's working. I would definitely use them again for any repairs on our stucco house.
