Great results! Joe Armijo and his crew did a lot of rock work that turned out beautifully.

The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.

BEWARE. Don't believe their google reviews. Worst Landscaping service I've ever dealt with, and…read moreI've worked with many at various places I've lived. I was repeatedly overbilled on my monthly invoices for "additional" services which were already included in my service agreement and already paid for in my monthly service charges, including such things as irrigation checks, leaf cleanups, etc. All of these items were listed in my service agreement and itemized. I would have to frequently pull out my contract to remind them that they're charging me for stuff that I'm already paying for. This would almost be a monthly issue, having to dispute my monthly invoice with them. Very time-consuming and aggravating. They would change out a bubbler head (costs about $2 at the local irrigation store or at Home Depot), and they would charge $50 for the part plus a service fee to do it, even though both the Service and the part are covered and paid for under my service agreement. They would claim to do repairs without discussing it with me first, so I had no idea what was being repaired, if anything actually needed to be repaired, or how much the bill would be. I'm completely fine with repairs being made, but nobody would tell me anything, I would just see additional charges on my bill at the end of the month, without any knowledge of anything that had been done. And after a while, I begin to wonder if the repairs were actually done. Added, many of the repairs again fell within my service contract and were already preemptively paid for. I paid for leaf cleanups that weren't performed and they would gives dates of supposed leaf cleanups in months when there were no leaves in the ground. Hilarious. I have dying shrubs that they planted less then a year ago, but didn't maintain appropriately with proper irrigation (btw I paid them for 4 irrigation checks per year). They also added a $40 fuel surcharge every month, which I didn't argue about, but they didn't remove the fuel surcharge once fuel went back down to normal prices. This turned out to just be a scam to charge customers more money. That's the basis behind a lot of what they do: figuring out how they can extract more money from their customers . The ultimate insult is that whenever you dispute any of these things with the billing manager or operations manager at Peterson's, they gaslight you and make it sound as if they were doing you a favor by "waiving" these erroneous charges. It was incredibly frustrating working with them. I attempted to talk to the general manager on a few occasions, and never got to deal directly with him, until the contract was finally terminated (it was the end of the month and we were planning on giving notice on the 31st anyway.... Too much aggravation). The general manager would rather terminate the contract, then work with a customer and correct the internal issues within Peterson, for which they were clearly in the wrong. Obviously their company leadership is not very good, and their goals are not aligned with providing good customer service and fair treatment. Ok, you've been warned. RESPONSE TO MATT: Ha ha! You got me, Matt! I'm so upset to see y'all go! If questioning repeated overbilling is being disrespectful, then yes I'm guilty. I think it's safe to say that "breaking up" was on our agenda too. We already contracted with another landscaping service to start next week. We were just waiting til the end of the month (which we already paid for but you will likely try to bill us again!). But good attempt at providing a mature, professional response where you don't address any of the actual service & billing issues. Instead it's important to you for readers to know that you broke up with us. Ha ha. Ok. Bravo, sir. We are relieved to be moving on. Have yourself a great life.

h2oRx Sprinkler Repair - Valve manifold redo

    h2oRx Sprinkler Repair

    (20 reviews)

Title: Excellent Staff, Fixed-Rate Billing Policy…read more I wrote my original review in the heat of the moment. That was my mistake. For clarity, I've copied it below. The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. In retrospect, I overreacted to the pricing issue. h2oRx's pricing policies are ultimately their business, and had I known ahead of time that the second repair would also cost $267.80, I would have approved it anyway. So, if you want the absolute best sprinkler system evaluation and repair service in the Metroplex, I strongly recommend h2oRx. Their technical expertise, professionalism, and workmanship are exceptional.

That was my first review on the service they provided and charged me $ 2900 which was a total rip off for the quality of service that was done. I called them back and the owner Kyle acted like a little baby because he had to come back out. So, let me tell you that I'm an airline pilot and not at home for a good stretch. So, I returned home in August and I noticed the rotary sprinklers were watering my river rock and Pergola and very little of the grass. So, I texted H20RX and requested they come out to adjust the sprinkler arc and spray pattern. They gave me an appointment of Sep 16th at 3:30 pm. They also tell me that they will do the repair after seeing the sprinklers in action. I said no need for a repair just look at the videos I sent you .The sprinklers just need adjustments. After several text back and forth they said they will come out for free to see what they can do. So, I decided since they didn't adjust the sprinklers the correct way the first time when they were here I decided to do it myself and I bought the adjustment tools to do the job without them coming out and charging me an arm and a leg for a repair that would of most likely said needed to be done while listening to Kyle cry again. So, I cancelled the appointment and the sprinklers are spraying the grass just fine now. So, my thoughts are ; don't use this company because he will rip you off big time for things you don't even need (i.e control box) and the adjustment of the spray pattern.
