Joe always took my phone calls and even came back to my house a second time to explain how everything would be done. We hired ground scape and our dream yard was on it's way. When his team arrived Joe explained everything that him and I designed for our backyard. His crew is very professional and talented they all knew what to do and completed it well. The irrigation system was put in first and I was impressed with how it was done and at the end of every day the men cleaned up and removed all the trash and left things as nice as possible. Once they were done with that they started the preparation for my new concrete patio and artificial turf with a putting green. That was very impressive and how well they explained everything to me on how it would go together. Joe made it his priority to check in every day with me and ask if I was satisfied with the progress, he also came buy in person to double check the status and the work. Joe gave me some suggestions that I decided to take and was I happy I did the border stone is gorgeous and the flagstone pavers added a really nice look going to the shed. The whole process took only two weeks and he even finished it in time of our house warming party. Their work is top notch and I will only use ground scape for all my future projects.

I hired Cabrera Landscaping for a new concrete patio in my backyard in Dallas TX…read more I had many different landscaping contractors come and talk to me about my project and give me a quote many were outrageously expensive or seemingly incompetent. The owner of Cabrera Landscaping personally came out to take a look at my job and give his suggestions and an honest quote. This gave me confidence that they are taking every project seriously from small to large. The quality of work I had seen from other projects and the quote coming back at an affordable price point made my choice to move forward with Cabrera a no brainer. Once I signed a contract and got a deposit work started almost right away and was completed in an efficient amount of time. At the end of the job there were a few punch list items that needed to be resolved and the team at Cabrera jumped in to make everything right as soon as possible to make sure I was happy. We are now enjoying our new patio right in time for the fall season. If you are needing a quote or ready to pull the trigger in your next landscaping project definitely give Cabrera Landscaping a call they are very professional and communicate throughout the project to make sure you are up to speed on the project. I will use them going forward for any landscaping or irrigation needs I have!!

It is my pleasure to write this review of Cabrera Landscapers, who just finished an extensive stone…read moreand paver job on my property. I have an acre, and much of the backyard surrounding the pool and walkways was done in travertine stone, altogether a couple of thousand square feet. I had extensive flood damage to the stone in the last 2 years. Much of the stone had to be removed and reset or replaced, of course with a completely new stone bed and mortar. In addition I had a broken area of my driveway that needed to be redone with concrete pavers. The masons finished their job about a week ago and I was just amazed at how meticulous they were. I have done complete remodels, including extensive landscaping, on six different houses, and the paving work done by Cabrera was so far superior to any other crew I have hired that there is really no second best. They were head and shoulders above all the others. They were absolute perfectionists, and did not rush at all. What was originally thought to take 3 days or so turned into a 5-day job for a three man crew, but there was not a bit of complaining from anyone. They did not try to increase the charge because of the unanticipated extra labor. The owner of the company was always available and always responsive to any question. What I have today is a hardscape that is far superior to the original installation done 10 years ago. This is a company, family owned, that I will keep on my list for any landscaping needs in the future.

I've had Alec and his team doing my yard for a year…read more There are no shortage of lawn maintenance companies in the metroplex, offering their services. What sets Alec and London Lawns apart is his reliability and follow up. Anytime I've had a question, or needed to change, he follows up promptly and it is done. Strung me along for months, starting in early March, when I was trying to get a lawn replacement…read moredone. Prior owner of my home neglected the yard badly and the whole thing very obviously needed redone. Connected clear back on March 6, got an estimate for the back yard only despite asking for whole yard. I'm still waiting for them to get the job they quoted me for done. First it was, oh, it's too early to put down sod, it'll die. We should plant in late April. We also won't know if your front yard needs replaced until the grass has had more time to grow. How he could conclude that the back yard needed it but not the front is beyond me -- it was the same grass in the same condition. Probably just trying to cover for the fact they didn't measure and estimate what I asked for originally. Late April came and went, despite phone calls from me as asked in early April to setup an estimate. Then it was, we'll come by and estimate in early May for install in late May. Late May has come and gone and I still don't have a full yard estimate, let alone any grass. Done with their lies. I've hired someone else. You should do the same if you want your project done.

Holy Moly, these guys are good!…read more One of our sprinkler heads were broken (probably from the lawn mower guy). With hot, sunny weather coming, I had to have it fix. So with just a couple of yelp reviews to go on, I decided to take a chance on Landscape Water Management. I'm glad I did. 1) They were one of the first to reply to my Yelp inquiry. I like quick responses. 2) They had fair pricing. 3) They were professional and eager to please. Tom and his guy stopped by and got straight to business, fixed the broken sprinkler head, adjusted some of the other sprinkler heads more deeply in the ground to prevent other lawn mower accidents, gave some useful suggestions, and were on their way. I grabbed a card before they left because, having a few rental properties, I have a feeling I will be using them again. Tom, thanks for doing a great job!
