Siara Designs is creative, efficient and professional. They deliver and exceed expectations. Highly recommend.

So frustrating trying to get a quote from this business. They don't answer the phone & will only text you back days later. Go somewhere else if you want to speak with anyone & get answers in a timely manner. read more

Lena and her men did beautiful work landscaping our front yard. She was very easy to work with! Highly recommend.

One of our rentals had a flower bed that was overgrown. We contacted Siara and was able to schedule a consultation quickly. We explained our needs and Lena (the owner) was very responsive to what we were looking for - a general clean up of the overgrown shrubs and some new plants for the bed. The crew came out quickly and was able to get the job done in 2 days. They were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. The whole process was smooth and the team did a great job removing the old shrubs and planting new ones. I've attached the "before" and "after" photos below. read more

We did a complete redo of our front flower beds. We have been looking for a landscape designer who could redo our front yard from large overpowering hedge bushes. They had to chainsaw then use a stump grinder. We love our new design. read more

After speaking with Lena, I'm even more upset over all this. I've explained to her, as well as directed her to this review where I outline my dissatisfaction, what my issue with her is. She way overcharged me and she said she did that because I was nice to her and wanted a lot of work done. She says she does not understand my issue with her but then begged me to take the photo down. I asked, if you don't understand, why are to begging me to take the photo down? She had no answer and she has still never apologized. She said, I'm sorry if you were upset. I told her that's not an apology. I do not believe she has any integrity at all. read more

I highly recommend Lena and Siara Designs. She met with us to understand our needs and created a design that met them. She facilitated the process by providing us with photographs of many plants and flowers for us to choose from. Her crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and got the job done in a single (long) day. And of course, it looks great. We would happily work with her again on a future project. read more

Highly recommended. Great work. Professional. Reliable, on time and a beautiful design.

My review remains unchanged for the following reasons: 1. Lena, the owner, has failed to return my calls and her response below does not acknowledge the problems supported by my photos. 2. The edging continues to veer off center and should be measured before correction. 3. The front edging, one cut off on the inside half of the thickness and the other cut off on the outside half looks ragged; 4. Communication with the homeowner is essential for the success of a project. Sending a workman, especially if he does not speak English, to work on this project without informing me that he was coming or what he was going to do to correct the problems until he had already left my property, does not reassure me of customer service, especially if the problems are not resolved. 5. Concerning the flowerbed edging, the edging had to be installed below the ground, because the edging fell in places without being grounded and supported. 6. My sprinkler heads and drains are blocked by landscape fabric and granite installed by Lena's crew; Lena tasked me to fix it. read more

Lena came out for the initial visit and thoroughly walked the property, measured and listened to my feedback. When we agreed on the contract, we were sent files where we could input our likes/dislikes on plant choices. She then provided a detailed design and listened to my feedback and answered all questions before installation. She and her team were timely, professional, and very helpful. We had a minor issue with a sprinkler pipe and it was very quickly addressed and fixed. I am very happy with the results and know it will be even more beautiful as it grows in. read more

Lena and her team are amazing! We are so happy with the work they did to start refreshing our front landscaping and will be working with them again in the future. Lena's communication is fantastic and she and her team were able to get started quickly and completed the project really fast as well. Cannot recommend Siara Designs enough!!! read more

Siara Designs was overpriced for the service they provided. There was no attempt to evenly space plants. Some plants (of different varieties) will eventually grow into each other, while other plants (of same variety) will have nearly a foot between them and perennials were placed without regard to where plants or trees were located. There was also poor communication. They ignored requests for a specific variety of plant and planted a variety that will grow much larger than we discussed. Lack of communication also resulted in getting a different variety of crepe myrtle than I would have liked. read more

We are so happy with our front yard and can't wait to get Siara Designs to do our backyard too. I enjoyed being able to review and choose the plants I liked from pics Lena sent. The creative design ideas were so helpful too. Great work at a great price. I highly recommend Siara Designs. read more

Lena and her crew completed two backyard projects for us. The first in May 2018, the second last month (March 2020). In the first instance we were given Lena's details by way of recommendation. The second time, we obviously knew Lena, but our pool company had recommended an alternative so we evaluated both. Lena's pricing, approach, reviews and our experience of having worked with her before made it an easy decision to use her service again and we've been very happy on both occasions. Our most recent project involved a number of steps regarding some HOA approvals I had to obtain and Lena's design approach was very helpful in securing the approvals. On both occasions, the work was completed on time, to our satisfaction and Lena gave us good direction on how to ensure we can keep our landscaping in great condition over the winter months. read more

Lena is knowledgeable on local plants and will help steer you in the right direction for project, which is very helpful if you are picky and indecisive like me. She helped me realize that landscaping is not a once in and done type of thing and was mindful of our budget while also getting everything we wanted improved looking beautiful! She was thoughtful with the design and worked around our new fence that was going in at the same time (my scheduling mistake!). We will definitely use Siara Designs in the future. read more

We are one day removed from the completion of our project. The process from beginning to end was so smooth and convenient. Lena came out, gave the consultation and emailed us her plans a few days later. I have to say Lena is a true professional because while we were waiting for her to send us her plans, we decided our budget was a tad to high (although it was already a small project to begin with). We are renters after all. When Lena emailed us her plans, we shared this info, and within a day she drew up a new plan. She is so personable and is true to her word that no project is to big or small. When we buy, she will definitely be the person we seek out to help us. read more
