Taking the leap of faith to work with Pave n Turf after the horrific experience I had putting in my pool was a tough decision to make. I called 6 turf companies to come for a quote. With each site visit, I laid out what type of experience I had and what could that company do to make me trust them enough to use them. Each company was reassuring, but Oren with Pave n Turf went above and beyond. I work long hours, so sometimes I would text before or at 7 am. Sometimes I would shoot him a text well after 9pm and much to my surprise, Oren would answer me quickly each time. Oren guaranteed my experience would be a good one. Once we had a start day, Noe, Jonathon, and the crew arrived on time. On time! This never happened with the pool company. The crew was the same day in and day out- no day laborers. They were professional and treated my yard with respect- no trash strewn about. At the end each day, they would neatly put all their equipment in an orderly fashion. The result was breathtaking. We contacted a company called PAVE-N-TURF about getting some work done to make our back yard accessible and usable. Orren came out per our request and went over every aspect of what we were looking at. Provided samples of quality turf, fill rock and went over every detail with us. He even gave some insight as to not placing turn in some areas because you will not even see it and this was a cost savings for us as well. Orren went into great detail about the turf but even mores into the preparation of the area under the turf which it critical to the life, drainage and base preparation. Even after our initial go ahead we though of a few more questions which were promptly answered. Orren provided the additional details the HOA asked for. We got a 100% approval from the HOA for all the work in the back and the sides outside the gate. We already had some work done in the back and sides with crushed granite which seems to get everywhere. We had them take up all of our existing stones, removed and disposed of the crushed granite. We picked out and had Lowes deliver the new outside the gate 24x24 ceramic stepping stones. PAVE-N-TURF owner Neo came to our home, went over in great detail when they would start, how many days it would take and answered all our questions. At the end of each day they cleaned up to the point you could barely tell anyone had even worked there. The last day they even cleaned areas they did not work in like the driveway south side. They took extra measures to protect the grass areas, sidewalks and our current patio from any damage. I learned these young men all came here from California and many are either related or close friends. They created a new company who launched here in north Texas in January 2021 and they take great pride in their work, customer satisfaction and the end product. They learned their trade from their dad and others in California and have worked this trade & process for years. Several of them are former Military. All of these young men worked hard and worked to get the job done to the highest standards. I am a retired Army Veterans and I watched the process form start to finish every day. Remember the old saying - you get what you pay for. This job was worth every penny. I would recommend them to everyone with NO reservations at all.
