I explained that I didn't want to spend the $170 service charge for them to show up and say they couldn't do anything which is exactly what happened. Tech showed up and said he has never dealt with water hammer in house because of sprinklers and advised me sprinklers are supposed to shut on and off quickly. They checked pressure on my house after I asked if they could at least do that. They then advised me that I was over the hour time and would have to charge me another 1/4 hour. They charged me $212.50 for a pressure check and conversation about how they have never dealt with water hammer in house and don't know what to suggest. i asked them to make sure their boss knows I am not happy and they advised they would let him know first thing in the morning. It has been over 24 hours and I have received no contact from them. Stay away. They just want your money.
