I had a bit of a unique situation with my backyard, but they listened to my concerns and helped me get everything I wanted. Install took a day for a little over 700 sq ft and the crew went above an beyond without even being asked. I am utterly pleased with the result. They were not the cheapest of the companies that came out to quote me, but they were definitely the best choice for me - getting me on the schedule in less than a week and doing a very detailed & awesome job.

I'd recommend going elsewhere for your artificial turf. The process was a nightmare and the…read morecommunication after the contract was signed was terrible. When the crew installed the turf, they broke lines in the sprinkler system while breaking up the rocks in my existing lawn. This caused flooding of the newly installed base, which had to be redone. They had to come out a few times to correct the installed turf. To this day I have gaps in the different pieces of turf they installed. During the process, I had total strangers arriving at my house to ask me "where do I get the rocks". When I asked them what they meant, these strangers told me that an ad was placed on Facebook for free rocks. So, the company thought it was appropriate to sell the scraps from my job on Facebook, giving out my home address. When I called the company, they told me that they would stop. The next day, strangers would continue to show up at my house for "free rocks." Communication was awful. During the sales process...quick call backs and replies to emails. As soon as problems began on the job, I had to call the office several times. I spoke directly to their team members, who several times told me they'd call me right back with answers. Each time I called them, I received no call back. I had to call them back each time to remind them that they had committed to call me back. They also stopped responding to Yelp messages. I recommend you avoid using Ideal Turf at all costs.

Our consultation with Cameron was easy and informative! The install then took a full day. The only thing I wish we could have understood more of during the consultation was that we were going to need to purchase irrigation equipment prior to the turf install, so that was an unexpected expense that day. Otherwise, we received three quotes total to do our work and Ideal Turf offered almost an equivalent quote to the cheapest one we received, yet then seemed the most professional which is why we went with them. Very happy with the results!

This was a major investment but worth every penny. Our dogs aren't rolling and running in dirt and grass and bringing on the dirt, grass and pollens with them. This has made a huge difference with my allergies. Also helps to keep the house cleaner and our pool since our dogs tend to sit on the top step to cool off after they are done running and playing. Super easy to care for it too. The guys that came to install were friendly and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I have included before and after pics. We did a lot of research on artificial turf, the installation process, pros and cons, pets, and having issues with smell. After all the research on artificial turf, I research companies and followed a few companies that seemed like they offered what we were looking for and looked at pics and read all the reviews on the companies. North Texas Luxury Lawns was hands down the right choice. Out of the companies we requested quotes from we had 2 companies that never responded, one that came out and said they would send a quote and never did (even after i requested one several times) and a couple that came out and sent quotes but told use they had to cap off our sprinkler system or used dirt under the turf (cheapest way to install and odors will build up). Need to have the sprinklers....hello we live in Texas and go months without rain and the foundation to our home has to be watered. Through this process Bo confirmed everything that we found in our research and used the processes and materials we were looking for. This is a large investment and we wanted to make sure it would be done correctly. No understood that and boy! Let me tell you...they did an AMAZING job! There are a lot of fly by night companies or companies that will steal your money and leave you high and dry.....this is not one of them. If you are seriously considering artificial turf, I would strongly encourage you to have them come out and give you a quote. I highly recommend this company.
