Had an easy and beautiful experience with ideal turf to put in a 200 sq ft. turf area in my yard…read more From the first consultation to the install, the timing was about 10 days, so I loved that the process was quick. Our consultation with Cameron was easy and informative! The install then took a full day. The only thing I wish we could have understood more of during the consultation was that we were going to need to purchase irrigation equipment prior to the turf install, so that was an unexpected expense that day. Otherwise, we received three quotes total to do our work and Ideal Turf offered almost an equivalent quote to the cheapest one we received, yet then seemed the most professional which is why we went with them. Very happy with the results!

I'd recommend going elsewhere for your artificial turf. The process was a nightmare and the…read morecommunication after the contract was signed was terrible. When the crew installed the turf, they broke lines in the sprinkler system while breaking up the rocks in my existing lawn. This caused flooding of the newly installed base, which had to be redone. They had to come out a few times to correct the installed turf. To this day I have gaps in the different pieces of turf they installed. During the process, I had total strangers arriving at my house to ask me "where do I get the rocks". When I asked them what they meant, these strangers told me that an ad was placed on Facebook for free rocks. So, the company thought it was appropriate to sell the scraps from my job on Facebook, giving out my home address. When I called the company, they told me that they would stop. The next day, strangers would continue to show up at my house for "free rocks." Communication was awful. During the sales process...quick call backs and replies to emails. As soon as problems began on the job, I had to call the office several times. I spoke directly to their team members, who several times told me they'd call me right back with answers. Each time I called them, I received no call back. I had to call them back each time to remind them that they had committed to call me back. They also stopped responding to Yelp messages. I recommend you avoid using Ideal Turf at all costs.

I haven't seen their work or their prices yet but after speaking to them on the phone and…read morescheduling for them to come out and give me a quote on service for my property, I have high hopes! I will be sure to update my review based on fairness of price and quality of work. Promised update: they came out once to do an overall cleanup to get the property on track and did a good job, though I'm no expert. Not sure how fair their price is (I do have a corner lot on a cul de sac) but it ran us $270. From there, we were supposed to get on a biweekly service for $35 (which seemed pretty reasonable) but my service apparently was never implemented. They were supposed to come out 3 times in November and never did. When I got around to calling about it (I have a 3 month old; if you have kids, you'll understand) today, I was told they'd probably have to come out to do another cleanup. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them. Second update: We cancelled our service after they broke our gate getting into our yard and were seen throwing sticks into our neighbors yard. Terrible!
