I highly recommend Synthetic Grass DFW. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The free quote was scheduled easily and quickly, and Jack came out to location and communicated well on when he was going to arrive. They were competitively priced for the two areas of turf I had done on both sides of my house, and they got me scheduled quickly. Another great part of the experience was that Synthetic Grass DFW doesn't subcontract out the work, and they stand by their work. Vincent and his crew were respectful, professional, tidy, and efficient, and knocked out the job in about 6 hours, which includes them cleaning up after the job was done. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone interested. read more

This place is great. I left a negative review under the wrong company. There are a couple that have very similar names. They do amazing work and I look forward to hiring them for any future artificial turn needs. It looks and feels like grass! read more

Chad is very knowledgeable about his product and the installation process. His crew was very polite each time I came out to watch the process. Enjoyed working with this company, we had them turfed the entire backyard. It was a pretty good project about 1200 sqft, and we are very happy with the results. There was a concern about some dipping and settling of the base, so I called them and they came back out and did a great job correcting the problems. Highly recommend them. read more

The turf looks perfect! There are several artificial turf companies in the market right now. Synthetic Grass DFW separates themselves by using superior materials for their installations. First, the types and colors of turf offered are beautiful. Their turf is also made in the USA. The base they use is a twice screened decomposed granite. Our yard never drained well before the turf installation. Now, it is almost completely dry soon after rainfall. read more

We just completed a 5000 sqft turf installation, with putting green. From the initial contact, Jason was pleasure to work with. He was the most professional, customer oriented and patient sales representative I have worked with in 20 years of contracting. Jason continued to be a great asset through the negotiations, installation and follow up. I truly never had a doubt about quantity of product or installation after talking at length with Jason. He explained the process and answered all of our concerns. The installation went almost flawlessly and follow up addressed our few concerns in a timely matter. We would highly recommend Jason and Synthetic Grass DFW for any turf or putting green. read more

Jr. the manager was extremely helpful and very understanding with our needs and budget. He managed the project very well from beginning to end. Vincent the crew lead, very dedicated and caring young man paid close attention to details and also ensured the project expectations were not only met but exceeded. Did I mention although tree work isn't their focus they were able to trim some trees very cost effectively in order to increase the turf ambience! Awesome job guys! Thank you! read more

After a horrible experience with Ideal Turf we received a recommendation from Easy Turf to call Synthetic Grass DFW. We are beyond happy with not only the product and installation but the customer service that Brady gave us was top notch. It was such a relief working with him. We were able to get a quick appointment for him to come and look over the project. He sent us our quote that day and had the grass installed a week later. The installers were great, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also helped fix some issues we had with the grass we had installed the year before. If your looking for synthetic grass this is the place to go! We did pedigree grass and it looks better than we could have imagined! read more

Great work and much more affordable than I expected! Good communication as well. Overall very happy with our experience.

I can not say enough about this company and their product. I received a call from Brady Crabb and a date and time was set up for him to come out and look at my yard and give me his expert opinion. A date and time was then set up for install. Both times he was not a minute late and extremely professional. My yard looks amazing, not a piece of trash was left behind and I received another phone call from him asking if everything was to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company, all day~every day!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!! Kim A. read more

Chad and his team did an amazing job on our backyard. It went from a backyard of dirt that we hated to look at to a lush oasis with artificial grass as well as a garden with yuca plants and little gem magnolias along our fence line. I couldn't be happier with the final result! We absolutely love our yard now and have enjoyed using it so much! I highly recommend using Synthetic Grass DFW if you're thinking about artificial grass in your yard....they get the job done right with hardly any downtime. Just had the most unprofessional encounter with Chad Harris the owner. We had install in September of pet pad. They used existing river rock and didn't dig down to install turf, only laid sand/granite over our river rock. We asked for new quote prior to installation because we also removed trees in the area. We had been talking to Jack to try to resolve issue before making final payment. Then recieved call from Chad on Monday, we had paid 2k on installation day. He seemed nice enough and was willing to do a quote adjustment to take river rock/trees into account of 350. So he said we owed 1575. My husband said let's make it 1500 and we will pay cash today. Never heard from him all day and then get this text, "Assuming because your are not responding about payment this is the last and final notice for payment. Tomorrow I'm sending out a certified letter and invoice for the full amount your wife agreed to then I will be starting the process of putting a lien on your property." From Chad the owner Nice customer service! I say telling a customer who is willing to pay that your putting lien on their home is a threat! This was his response, "Please send the full amount of $1575. As you stated in the text above about having final payment of $1500 isn't going to work I will proceed it's not a threat." From Chad again At this point $75 is irrelevant it is how can someone think they can threaten customers. I am guessing we are not the 1st time they use this technique. Very unprofessional and unethical! read more

Best decision we could have made going to synthetic grass for our backyard by our pool!! We went with the pet grade because we have a dog. The owner called us himself to let us know how to maintain it, and explained their process for install. Very impressed with that for such a busy company! We didn't go with the cheaper company either. We felt the salesman, Brady, was much more knowledgeable as he explained the differences of how they do things vs their competitors without bashing. We would recommend Synthetic Grass DFW to anyone we know looking for sweet looking grass! ! No more mowing by pool and getting grass in pool for us and green year round!! Go for it! It's worth it!! read more

I had a backyard that flooded a lot due to a low spot in the middle of the yard. Brady and his crew over delivered in sloping my yard how I wanted it. We had 3 inches of rain last night and there wasn't any remnants when I went out this morning. My kids and dog are spending a lot more time outside and love running around with no shoes on all day. Well worth the investment. read more

Happy customer right here! We got 5 other bids for artificial grass and Texas elite won it! They offered many choices of grass. Some of the others only had one option which were of inferior quality to Texas Elites. Chad was great to work with for quoting. Jason and the crew were punctual and ready to get started. Everyone was so friendly and respectful. They got our job done in about 5 hours before all this rain came through. (Rooftop 896 sq ft. 4 stories up) After work was complete and the crew left I felt so happy about our choice of Texas Elite. It was an overall easy and pleasant experience. Had a great experience with Synthetic Grass DFW and our sales rep, Brady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did my entire backyard and refuse to fix their installation errors. I have 3 large seams in my backyard that they refuse to fix. Texas Elite Landscaping did an amazing job on our balcony. Chad was so nice and very helpful. Even with such a small space he was able to help turn our balcony to a beautiful place where we truly enjoy spending time reading, eating, and our dog loves it. Let me first start off by saying "You should not call anyone except Jason and Synthetic Grass DFW"! I researched and had several bids for synthetic turf around my pool. Jason was the most knowledgable around helping me get what we wanted our outdoor oasis to look like for our 4 girls and 4 dogs to play in. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish and I couldn't be more pleased. Gilbert (Lead Foreman) and his install team were awesome as well and went above and beyond to help fix an issue that my pool company created! Thanks Jason for the awesome backyard! I can't recommend Brady and the team at Synthetic Grass DFW highly enough. They were flexible with me on install dates as I worked around delayed pool builders and cabana contractors. Their Install of both the turf and the rock for my firepit area was timely and great quality. Their communication and follow up after the install was as good as the install itself. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with and have since been used by many of my friends. read more

If I could rate this company a zero, I most definitely would. We had a very unfortunate experience with this company and I hope this review helps others look elsewhere when choosing a company to install synthetic grass at their house. This is not a cheap investment and one should do their due diligence when researching and choosing a grass and company to install. The grass we chose was a shorter length, but was the most expensive amongst the options. We went with this length due to the look we were going for and the sales pitch from the individual who came out to quote us. During install, I realized the grass that was being installed appeared to have fewer blades of grass than what I thought it was going to have. It had a very "thin" look when standing on top of it. And then the installers laid down the sand that goes on top of the grass.... Lets just say the installed grass looks NOTHING like I, the installers, the salesman and the owner of the company thought it would look like. The salesman made multiple trips out to the house after and agreed that it looked thin, bare and understood that I was not happy with the grass. After about two weeks of discussion in person, on the phone and via email the company told me that the grass looks that way because after the sand is laid down in this particular grass option the blades clump up and the grass looks thinner. This would have been nice to know before I made an almost $7k investment in the grass... I advised the company that I was looking to replace the grass as I was extremely displeased with the way the project turned out. I knew I would be out of pocket more money to have this done but the owner of the company said he would work with me and have it redone at cost. I was definitely ok with that being that he gave me some preliminary estimates that I was ok with. After about a month, the salesman gave me the quote for more than half the original cost of the project. In no way was I expecting it to be redone but was a little shocked as this number was no where close to what was originally discussed. I have sent emails to the company for clarification on the "at cost" price but they have not returned any of my emails. On top of not being happy with the projects end results, the seams of the grass where one piece meets up with another are already starting to come apart (after two months) which I have addressed in an email and have received no return. If one has any question about using this company, let me just say DO NOT DO IT. I have all emails pertaining to this project if anyone would like to see them. I have not once been brash or in any way threatening rather, very pleasant. However, after feeling like I was robbed of $7k I can not in good conscience suggest this company to install synthetic grass. read more

Not cheap but i doubled the size of my backyard. No more muddy dog feet tracking in on my floor or my bed! i can take a nap on my "grass" which i never did before. We moved into a townhouse with limited sun exposure, struggled with St. Augustine grass and finally gave up. I called Chad at Texas Elite Landscaping because of the reviews I saw here. I also got another bid from a highly rated company. I chose Texas Elite because of two considerations: price and Chad. When Chad bid the job, he was forthright, believable and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. I believed him when he said I would be thrilled with the quality of the product and the installation. AND I WAS! The grass looks fabulous in my small, shady backyard where I've lost hundreds of dollars in landscaping over the years due to too little light and poor soil quality. But anyone could have sold me this grass. What I would tell anyone looking for a good firm to install artificial grass is that you've got to use Texas Elite. The team of 5 installers where the nicest guys, hard working and perfectionists. They were able to get the job done in one day. I had a fountain in the middle of the yard that needed cleaning and repositioning. Chad assured me when he bid the job that his guys would be able to do exactly what I wanted with the fountain---and they did! The grass, as it turns out, is just the frosting. The real essence of this project is what happens before you see the grass go down--the leveling of the yard, the granite base, the sprinkler repositioning. You can get this grass almost anywhere. You can only get this kind of service from Texas Elite Landscaping. Believe these 5 star reviews. Call Chad. You will be thrilled you did. read more

These guys are AWESOME. We inherited a completely torn up lawn when we purchased the house and when weighing the cost of replacing the entire yard with sod vs. turf, we were initially a little skeptical. Texas Elite came in and gave us the best quote out of 5 different quotes we received and were completely professional through the entire process. A team of about 8-10 guys came in and were so efficient in getting the yard prepped and installing the turf, even disassembling and reassembling our playset. This was all done in 100+ degree heat. Mad respect for this company, and now a year later, we keep saying how getting this turf was the best decision we made especially with two little guys and a dog. They're absolutely awesome. The putting green is also getting a ton of use as well. read more

Synthetic Grass DFW did an absolutely incredible job on our putting green! After getting several quotes we decided to go with Chad - we gave him the green light and just two days later he was able to fit our project in. On the day of the install, Chad and his team arrived not just on time, but EARLY and finished the green in one day. From start to finish the communication and overall process was a breeze, the attention to detail, thoroughness and quality of materials blew us away, and the finished product speaks for itself.
