Less than two years after installation, lines begin to form in the turf. I called synlawn and told him about the problem and they promptly set someone to inspect and photograph. In a short time they informed me that they were going to install a whole new turf. Well they did and the turf looks new again. I am glad I chose Synlawn to install their turf. I believe you can't go wrong with a company that stands by their product.

No pressure at all: Benjamin was diligent about answering questions and follow through; Ivonne managed the details very well and sent a thank you card (nice touch). SYNTipede is cool, cushiony comfortable for paws and bare feet!

They leveled the yard, added a base of sand and rock, and laid/secured the turf, at a reasonable price compared to other quotes we obtained. We're very happy with the final results. They completed the job on time and for the exact price quoted! Product (15 years) and labor (1 year) warranties provided. We're especially enjoying the putting/game green, now making use of a previously unused side yard. Thanks to the hard working crew at Fantastic Turf! E. Smith's in Lochwood.

I'd recommend going elsewhere for your artificial turf. The process was a nightmare and the…read morecommunication after the contract was signed was terrible. When the crew installed the turf, they broke lines in the sprinkler system while breaking up the rocks in my existing lawn. This caused flooding of the newly installed base, which had to be redone. They had to come out a few times to correct the installed turf. To this day I have gaps in the different pieces of turf they installed. During the process, I had total strangers arriving at my house to ask me "where do I get the rocks". When I asked them what they meant, these strangers told me that an ad was placed on Facebook for free rocks. So, the company thought it was appropriate to sell the scraps from my job on Facebook, giving out my home address. When I called the company, they told me that they would stop. The next day, strangers would continue to show up at my house for "free rocks." Communication was awful. During the sales process...quick call backs and replies to emails. As soon as problems began on the job, I had to call the office several times. I spoke directly to their team members, who several times told me they'd call me right back with answers. Each time I called them, I received no call back. I had to call them back each time to remind them that they had committed to call me back. They also stopped responding to Yelp messages. I recommend you avoid using Ideal Turf at all costs.

Our consultation with Cameron was easy and informative! The install then took a full day. The only thing I wish we could have understood more of during the consultation was that we were going to need to purchase irrigation equipment prior to the turf install, so that was an unexpected expense that day. Otherwise, we received three quotes total to do our work and Ideal Turf offered almost an equivalent quote to the cheapest one we received, yet then seemed the most professional which is why we went with them.
